If you need an electrician, then Frank is your guy. I recently purchased a home with an old electrical panel that needed to be upgraded and he completed the job at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Frank! We sensed a burning smell and noticed that our outlet was burning. It is difficult to get a professional electrician support at Saturday afternoon. Luckily we found Frank after tried 7 calls to different stores listed on google map. Frank told us he was actually watching tv at home but he is willing to help us solving this critical issue. He quickly solved it professionally and saved our weekend. Thank you Frank!

Frank was great. Spent time with me on the phone to assist with troubleshooting and ensure he could come onsite and quickly resolve. We found the issue without him coming onsite.

I had an emergency when my main circuit breaker failed after hours. It was hot and dark and a unfortunate situation to say the least. Although A1 did not initially answer after hours, Frank called me back later that night to inquire about my situation. I had called another company W3 who did show up and charge me $250 to not have parts and offer a $12,000 upsell on a new panel.
Frank was up by 6:00am in contact with me, assured me he could help, and I had power by 10:00am for a more than fair price. It only took him 45 minutes but you pay for experience and service, not time. Thank you.

I looked around online for a company to install an EV charger, and the first quote was pretty high, I thought. Then I found ChargerPro. The company was so easy to work with, and their installer, Noah, was superb; friendly, knowledgeable, competent. For the same price as the other quote, they installed a better quality EV charger, a whole home surge protector, a load management system, and didn’t up charge for the city permit (the other company tripled it.)
Anyway, ChargerPro finished the work last week, and today we passed our city inspection; we are happy! Wish I was as happy with our car dealership, but that’s a post for another day…
Another thing that I liked about this company; when I asked him, Noah said that he only works for ChargerPro; I was concerned that ChargerPro just subcontracted the work out to anyone with a screwdriver on Taskrabbit or something, but nope! The company has its own people working directly, and I really like knowing that.

Flawless installation on a very difficult job!! Our house is raised pier and beam however electrical had to be run through decking and drilled through exterior walls and back into our detached garage. I wanted all of the electrical to be concealed with the exception of the storage room where the conduit exits the wall and goes into the charger. ChargerPro installed a Tesla EV charger with precision and perfect execution. I am extremely particular as my house is a custom home that has won residential design awards. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to my friends.

The company did a fantastic job of explaining the process from beginning to end. They advised me on all the technicalities of installing an EV charger and compared available products. Dominic and colleague did a very professional job of installing a Tesla Wall Connector in my garage. They had to run conduit in an attic space from one side of the house to the other, with very little room to maneuver, completing the work in one afternoon. Would recommend ChargerPro to anyone requiring an EVSE install.
