Frank came out and installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He did the job exactly as promised and quoted, and the dedicated circuit is working great. I will definitely use Frank again if I have any other electrical needs.

Frank saved me hundreds of dollars! I needed to upgrade my amp output for a new oven I bought. Frank looked at the breaker box and discovered the existing wiring had the capacity for increase amp needed. Other companies would have charged me to rewire the whole line, but Frank just switched out the amp fuse. This saved me big! Fair, Honest, Reliable!

Called Frank about an outlet not working in my laundry room. Asked to see a photo of the panel, which I thought I checked and didn’t see a tripped breaker switch. Sure enough he spotted a tripped one and asked us to turn off then back on, and the outlet works! I feel like most companies would have come out anyways and charged a service fee, but I appreciate Frank just helping me over the phone! Will definitely reach out in the future.

We needed a good electrician to do some work and Frank really came through for us. If you're making aesthetic upgrades to your home, Frank is an excellent choice because he will help you plan where lighting needs to be placed for what appropriate situation and is up-to-date with contemporary home trends. I was really surprised he felt my ceiling fan was a bit outdated - I thought so too, but many people would consider it to be cosmetically sufficient. We brought him in to install recessed lights and he did a beautiful job. If you're trying to upgrade your home, his fair prices and expertise are the perfect attributes needed to get the job done correctly. We now have an electrician for life.

Frank came to fix a dryer outlet and a light fixture in our home. He came on short notice and got everything taken care of in short order. He stayed to make sure our dryer would run without tripping the panel just in case there was a larger issue at hand-very thorough! Another electrician bailed out on a job that they didn’t do correctly.

I called and got in touch with Frank after trying a couple of other electricians last minute that wasn’t able to help. Frank was wrapping up another job and was happy to help me on very short notice. He was a life saver since we needed everything taken care for a next-morning inspection. He was professional, and most importantly did things correctly. Doing business with Frank was hassle free!

Not only was the work effective, but I was happy with the pricing. I will definitely be keeping Frank’s contact and would definitely refer him to anyone else.

We requested a quote. He called us back. He was so rude and disrespectful by talking non-sense stuff. Totally unprofessional.

Instead of reaching out to a large company and $200 plus for a service call I called A1. Frank directed me to troubleshoot before coming out ( and charging for a service call). The troubleshooting solved the problem!! When I advised Frank I felt guilty for not paying for a service call, he shared that “doing the right thing/ being fair” has always worked for him and allowed him to build a successful business from word of mouth. I would highly recommend Frank if you are looking for highly skilled, honest, ethical and fair for commercial or residential projects.

Frank (the owner and master electrician at A1 Ability) was absolutely incredible to work with! We just bought our first home and had some issues with our electric running to our a/c. We called through our home warranty and they diagnosed the issue but tried to up sell us to the tune of $750 for “uncovered by warranty” services we felt we didn’t need. We called Frank for a second opinion and he arrived at our home within two hours and confirmed that we didn’t need such extensive work done. He fixed it the same night at a fair price and warranted his work. Saved us around $600 and our ac is up and running again! I’d recommend working with Frank to anyone! We now have a trusted electrician to do business with in the future with the peace of mind that he won’t oversell us or try and do unnecessary work!

I called Frank about a week ago to install a 62” ceiling fan in my front office and replace a light fixture in the master bathroom. After reviewing some pictures I sent and a few video chats, he was able to give me a quote on the work. Price was very reasonable for what I was asking so he got me on his schedule.
