I’ve been here for about 30 minutes and not one person has said Hello or asked me if I needed help. There were few people who came in after I did and instantaneously, they were greeted and helped. I was looking for indoor plants to add to my collection and I did need assistance. The workers here did NOT even make eye contact, but they would walk right pass me at least five times! I will look for another place to purchase my plants from now on. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service!!!!

I had placed an order for pick up and they didn’t have what I wanted. When they called me to tell me I had to go in person to get my credit honestly, I wasn’t very nice on the phone. (this I regret) Still once I got there the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. I ended up finding something else and was extremely happy with my choice. The people that work here are AMAZING. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

In the past I've always bought plants from big box stores, they have ample quantity but lack quality with many plants dead or dying.

I honestly don't know what took us so long to visit a Calloway's but we are so happy we did. Beautiful healthy plants, and reasonably prices. There were plenty of employees who were super knowledgeable and went out of their way to see if we needed help with anything. We will absolutely be back, also yay for supporting local businesses!

We didn't buy anything today, we came to plan and prepare. grant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The plants are pretty, but the staff is NOT helpful and when they mess up the advertisement they don’t have the guts to stand and admit they messed up and honor the advertisement. Instead, the rude child at the register came and told us the Manager was too busy to talk with us and it was FINE that we just put back the large plants. So my takeaway is that they have PLENTY of business and don’t need mine. They let me down for the last time……. I will go to Hebron Gardens.

I absolutely LOVE the staff members at this location. You can tell this is a knowledgeable, well organized yet fun atmosphere/ working environment. The staff members are so welcoming and easy to talk to... Down to earth people. The selection is excellent and there is a good variety to choose from. I prefer this location and I've been to many Callaway locations. Tell them the teacher sent you!

I didn’t get the staff members name, but she was amazing at helping me find what I need! She even was able to help me navigate what would be a great plant to have that are not toxic to pets. Very thankful for her knowledge and willingness to assist me in anything I needed. In fact, all staff members were nice so don’t hesitate to come here!

I never knew Calloway's had such an awesome service of planting pots!
I met Layne at the Calloway's on Hebron (2425 Parker Rd) last year, when I was in a pinch to get my pots planted quickly!
Her enthusiasm and knowledge sold me!
She made sure she chose the correct plants for sun/shade etc...and along with her talent produced absolutely gorgeous pots for us.
I went back again this year and was again so pleased and blessed by her work!
I highly recommend Layne at Calloways on Hebron! You won't be disappointed!!

Josh was excellent in his his knowledge of plants and design excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with for my landscaping project!

Layne is my planting “go-to”! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! Layne helped us pick the right plants, flowers and, trees for our landscaping, and guided us expertly through season, weather, climate, and location considerations. Go see Layne! I am here to sing the praises of Sarah Green, store manager of Callaway’s Carrollton! She was such a tremendous help with my landscape redesign. We had over 70 plants and trees to find and plant. She volunteered to call all her associate stores and transfer what plants were missing from her store so we had one place to pick up and purchase. In addition, because of the storm back memorial day, we were extremely delayed in picking those plants up. At that point, we owned the plants but she took great care of those plants sitting in her back lot until we had an opportunity to pick up and plant. Sarah was instrumental in our success and I can’t thank her enough!

Layne was so helpful to my wife, who is new to houseplants. She was thorough and answered all of my wife's (many) questions. Even helped us pick put some spider plants to add to our new Pathos :) thanks Layne!

This is my favorite Calloways!! Their stock is a little smaller than other Calloways, but their employees are super willing to help and are very knowledgeable. I’ve been helped by at least 3 different employees and they all had master gardener backgrounds or other plant/ecology background. I am creating a pollinator garden and want to focus on native plants and plants that are well adapted/water wise and not invasive, and this store has been the most helpful with staff knowledge and selection of plants.

I just had the most amazing experience at this store with Josh. He was so patient and kind! 10 out of 10 recommend!

This review is not to speak to the actual plants or prices - I wanted to drop a review to thank the Calloway’s chain for the excellent customer service over the phone. Now a days - big retail phone calls to other places like Home Depot often lead to dropped calls, poor customer service, or lack of overall friendliness. Calloways does not have this problem! The management at these stores especially this location are friendly and informative. It’s nice to know you can still get help by placing a call to a store. Even in the age of online shopping. 5/5 stars!

I recently was in the store and I brought in a pictire of my yard. Josh helped me with the selection of plants and offered installation as well. Josh and his staff were extremely helpful, professional, and great to work with.

Go here almost every weekend. They are all so helpful and informative. I love my backyard with all the new plants I've added this spring!

Convenient location, helpful staff. All staff were wearing Covid masks. Today I was looking for a colorful plant that can stand the direct sun and heat on my porch. This little Coleus variety was priced well and met all my criteria. Will definitely visit again for fall flowers!

I have enjoyed over the last severall years my visits to this particular location. The staff lead by Sarah and her associates including Venessa are always on top of the plant knowledge and especially their customer service beats the compitetion every time! Today's visit was planned to pick-up my flocked Christmas tree. They did an excellent job and the two young ladies prepared and load the 8 foot tree to perfection! Thank you Calloways!

I will be back. This location has a 50% of sale. The flowers here are so beautiful. I am telling everyone this is the perfect place for plant therapy.

Today, I went to a new Callaway's in Carrollton on Parker Rd. Twas a bit hot around 1pm to be shopping there, especially after being in the house for 6 weeks! All the staff were wearing their masks which I find comforting. Of course, I had mine on too. I was looking for medicinal herbs and plants. Calloway's had several plants and seeds which I purchased! I took some pictures to post. Calloway's does cost a little more than the big box stores, but the quality of the plants at Callaway's are far superior! I had fun shopping, as usual! I'll be back Calloway's for fertilizer and organic soil and plant nourishment! You'll have to check it out, they have awesome plants and great pottery to accentuate your front garden!
