We've been with TCA - Coppell for more than a year now on a biweekly cleaning service. They always do a great job and make sure we're satisfied with their services. Maria and Brenda have been with us since the beginning and they're very nice people, great with their job. We like the fact that we have the same people coming since the start which made things much comfortable and smoother as we got along.

Very professional and the ladies did a great job. Very detail oriented from baseboards to the top of the dresser mirror. We have 3 dogs and you can’t tell they even live here. It is so nice to have a clean home that is fresh but not in a chemical way. I like the ideal that once your cleaning is set up you will have one area deep cleaned on every visit as well as a general clean in all the areas. Stephanie F.

We just had our first cleaning with TCA and I am beyond impressed. The ladies were so professional and thorough. They got our house prepared and sanitized just in time for us to bring our new baby home. We will be using them biweekly and I’d highly recommend this company!

Today was a first time cleaning for us as a new customer. Leyla & Esmeralda did an incredible job. My house looks & smells wonderful! They literally left nothing to chance and even stopped to double-check if one of their cleaning products might be leaving streaks on our countertops (fyi - it did not!). Aisha (sp?) stopped in to check on things and she was friendly and thorough and a pleasure to work with. We are very please with our decision to give this company a try.

Karen and Joselyn cleaned my home for a one time cleaning and did an awesome job! My home looks and feels so clean and fresh. Pricing was also reasonable for all the services they provided. I highly recommend TCA if you need your home professionally cleaned.

I just experienced my first service with The Cleaning Authority and I was very pleased. The cleaners were efficient, worked incredibly hard, and maintained professionalism throughout the whole process. Because of the Thanksgiving break, I had my 3 kids at home with me. They worked really well around my girls and didn’t seem bothered by the fact that my kids were at home. I’m looking forward to my next cleaning in 2 weeks!

Marisol and Cinthya did a great job of cleaning our home. Company even sent two inspectors to overview the work near the end of the shift.

Based on the description of the type of cleaning I was going to receive, I expected a higher level of service than what I actually received. Before the cleaners started we asked if they were going to move the couchs and clean under them to which they replied "yes". This did not happen. When asked if they needed help moving the couches they replied " no". I had assumed they already cleaned under them. Further more they missed very obvious areas of the house to include

- the area at the shower entrance
- the shelves in the kitchen
-only partially cleaning shelves on the bookcase.
- blinds in the kitchen were not cleaned
- ceiling fans still have dust on them,
-dog hair still on the rugs.
-Shelves in the spare bathroom and flex room weren't dusted.
- obvious dirt/residue on the floors weren't cleaned up

During the cleaning I observed cleaners on their phone using only one hand to clean. How can anyone be expected to clean properly only using one hand. I've attached photos of the areas in question as evidence. To that effect. The cleaners would've likely finished sooner if they had prioritized their duties over making phone calls. Overall I am not even 80 % satisfied with the service I received. Not to mention how expensive it was

I sent them an email to which they never responded to and even called and they said a manager would call me later that day...never received that call...

UPDATE: They reached out and refunded my 25% of my service fee

Ibeth and Lisbeth always do an amazing job cleaning our home. Recently we've been through a traumatic experience and keeping up with the house between cleanings has been the last thing we're thinking about. These ladies come in every two weeks without any judgement and are always so kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Cleaning Authority did an amazing job on my house today! We've had a patched hole in our roof since the bad storm in May. Our large red oak took out a portion of the roof and most of the fireplace. I had spinal surgery 2 days later. My house was so filled with dust and cobwebs from the past three months of waiting on repairs. When the girls left today, my house sparkled!!! It smells great too! Very impressive!

I wanted to take my time before sharing my review. After six months of using The Cleaning Authority, I can say we are extremely happy with their service. Our cleaner, Jennifer, and her crew are wonderful. Having tried various cleaning services over the last 25 years, I can say that The Cleaning Authority’s professionalism has been our best service by far. Although their pricing is higher than other services we've used, it is worth it for their reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility with my cleaning preferences. I truly value the respect they show for my time, our pet, and our home.

Every one of the cleaning crew was amazing! The three of them arrived right on time, and worked tirelessly for six hours straight. They left my house sparkling. Based on this first experience, they are all consummate professionals. The surprise visit by the inspector was courteous and professional. I am looking forward to the second of the deep cleanings.

UPDATE: had to update because there was a miscommunication about the rates. i was given an hourly estimate but there is a confusing way they do the calculations. They sent three cleaners but gave me estimates for two. What they didn’t tell me was that if there are additional cleaners, it costs more because it should take them less time to clean. So 4 hours of cleaning with 3 cleaners is a lot more than 2 cleaners. It makes sense why they would do this but i wish i was made aware beforehand so i wasn’t so shocked about the rate. They also sent the additional cleaner without telling me it would technically cost more by the minute. I felt very misled by everything. initially since the rates seemed fair i didn’t care so much about the missed areas of the kitchen but since i was charged about 35% more of what i was expecting, im pretty upset about it now. I would just be aware of this before you hire services from this company.

OLD REVIEW: loved how detailed they were and how friendly they were to my dog. i’ve hired cleaners before but was not impressed with their attention to detail and had a couple items even go missing so i was pretty hesitant on hiring cleaners again but instagram must have known i was in need of them because i kept getting ads. The rates seemed pretty reasonable compared to other estimates i was getting and a couple people came and looked at the house beforehand to give me all the information and a more accurate estimate. I was put on the schedule pretty promptly too which i appreciated. overall a good experience and looking forward for the next clean!

Jarod and Al were fantastic to work with when I was in a pinch. They really came through for me. The team, Lisbeth and Ibeth, did a fantastic job. Better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this company!
