I have used TruGreen for over 30 years now am a loyal customer.
I use both lawn fertilizer and tree and shrub insect and disease control services. I also get the grub treatment. They are professional and friendly. Always willing to answer any questions I may have about my lawn or tree.

I highly recommend TruGreen.

Blake did a fabulous job and will be my go to Trugreen technician in the future. He took the time to answer all my questions. It was really nice to have an experienced person treating my lawn.

Consumer beware! I NEVER write negative reviews but I have been left with no choice with Trugreen. I recently signed up for multiple services at 2 different addresses . They have the Worst customer service I have ever experienced and they don’t do the services promised. When they have shown up (after multiple cancels), they only sprayed 1/2 of the lawn and aerated very poorly if at all, with very little plugs left. Calling customer service is worthless. If you are able to get through to someone, they don’t care to help and nothing gets accomplished. You can’t call the branch directly. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Sales guys are so friendly and “helpful” until they get your credit card number the sale and then it’s all over from there.

We are very happy with the service performed today by Manuel C. He done a very good job.
For future services we would like to have Manuel C performs if possible. Thank you and thump up to Manual C. Thanh you Trugreen!

Kenyon M completed my 6th and final service for 2023. I feel the value received is worth renewing for 2024. I brought in TruGreen for 2023 because of the damage from the extreme heat of 2022. My lawn was brought back to life. All specialists were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They willingly answered my questions. Great job. Thanks

I have used trugreen for 3 years. I depend on them to care for my lawn and trees. They do a good job.

I have to say, I’m impressed and happy with how TruGreen has stepped up their service all around. I love the app! Knowing when they’re arriving is great so I’m prepared if I need to speak with them about any concerns. And they listen! We received great advice on improving our front lawn and it’s coming back nicely. Give them a try, if you’re serious about having a great looking lawn.

Our grass is the envy of our neighborhood and we owe it to TruGreen! Our service technician Levi Chavoyaellis is excellent and he always knows what our lawn needs and he makes sure that we get the right applications at the perfect time of the year. We have used TruGreen since 2006 when we first put in our lawn and they have taken excellent care of it! We wouldn't use any other company to service our lawn.

They are doing very good job with strong motivation.

We started using TruGreen in 2019 so this is the fifth year. Service has never been great and customer service is appalling especially the last two years. Rarely are we home when they "service" and I have questioned if the services are complete given the short time they are at my home. A few weeks ago I was home and watched the guy. Our backyard is fenced with a combination lock which they have always had the combination for. The service guy sprays in front them gets in his truck. I went out there and asked if he was finished and he responded yes. I said to him "You did not service the backyard". Oh, Ah did not know et al. Who knows how many times this has happened. Also have billing issues. I have always paid in January for the eight treatments for a small discount. Well they could not get that right either. I gave them one more chance and was promised a manager would call me back about the service and billing issues. Four days later no call back. I am done. I just canceled effective immediately today. Will never use TruGreen again!

I very much regret signing up already and I’m only about two weeks into my service. I’ve been given different information by every single person I’ve talked to at the company. I’ve been promised that a tech would be at my house multiple times without them showing up. The one tech that did show up had none of the information I spoke about when I signed up and was entirely uninterested in answering the questions I had on-site. I was told the next appointment would happen within days and instead it was scheduled for more than a month later. After calling to have it moved I was told someone would be out on a given day. That day came and went with nothing from TruGreen. I called again, same thing happened.

My neighbors used TruGreen previously and so I decided to trust the company without asking first. Then I told my neighbors I signed up and they explained how terrible this branch was at communicating. I see why they canceled now.

Maybe other franchise owners are more invested but the Carrollton branch is unequivocally not. There are a ton of local landscaping businesses that will actually care for your yard and your business, don’t waste your money with TruGreen

Excellent service. Our technician was on time and professional. He made sure we understood what services were performed.

The TRUE GREEN lawn representative did very good job and kept in touch with me. Service included fertilizer, and weed killer. Very happy with the service we have received, my lawn is looking greener and greener!

This is what 5 years of trugreen looks like. 15 yard waste bags from Home Depot filled with weeds with 7 more 13 gallon trash bags full. That was my back yard only. I fired them this week, should have done it years ago but everytime you call, you have to wait on hold to tell them to treat your yard again.

Multiple times had a supervisor out to look at the yard and they stay 2 minutes and don’t look at anything and say they will do better. That is if they ever show up.

I watched them spray my yard and they miss more than half of my yard at a time. Pay for an aeration and you can see where the machine went because my yard is so patchy that they miss the areas that need it most and you got to call back and get them to do it again.

The people that come out don’t care at all. Lazy. Maybe it’s the Dallas area, they were awesome in St. Louis. Sucks in Dallas. Go to soils alive or other companies.

Randy, the TruGreen technician, was able to confirm that he could apply both the lawn fertilization and a missed sulphur fertilization at the same time. He was professional and friendly.
