I recently moved out of my apartment out in Irving Texas. Like my other reviews I'm going to be very honest.the apartment was a mess and needed a deep cleaning and the crew at Reyes cleaning was absolutely amazing.

Nohemy and Alicia exceeded my expectations in every sense of the word. The apartment was immaculate when I went to go check it even down to the littlest details of cleaning the walls from some of the moving scrapes and stains. The apartment was the cleanest that I've seen it since I moved in.

Monica did a great job cleaning our apartment. We have 3 pets and a baby so it was very messy. My wife and I were delighted to come home to a perfectly clean apartment. She was very professional as well.

At first I thought the cost was a little high. That was before I experienced the service. The cleaning team consisted of 2 very polite and friendly ladies, Sandra and Nohemy. Not only did they call 30 mins before they arrived, (I live in Frisco) they showed up and went right to work. They assured me that I would not have to lift a finger and they made sure to leave no surface untouched! The level of cleaning was so much higher than I was expecting, even with the price tag. They moved all the furniture necessary to do the job and when I say my apartment is cleaner now than it has been since I moved in, I mean it! Money well spent. There’s no way I would ever be motivated enough to clean as deeply as these ladies did. I will continue to use their services going forward. Thanks Sandra and Nohemy!! Thank you Reyes Cleaning!

We needed a deep clean before we started showing our house. Vanessa C and Kenia A were our cleaners. Both girls got 5 stars.
They were very quick and efficient. Both worked together to complete the whole house and we were very satisfied with the way it turned out!

Jennifer and Josefina did a super great job. Totally awesome. We did the Move out cleaning package. They did an awesome job. Polite and very professional. They did everything we requested and even extra!!! Finished on time and even had lunch with us. Awesome company and very detailed to our needs. I hired Reyes Cleaning to do a move out clean. They quoted me a price and came to the house on time. They offered me to do a quality walk at the end but since I was moving I was not available to do so. After I told them I would not be there to do an inspection I was told they would need additional time to finish cleaning and charged me $68 additional money on top of the $250 without telling me. This was the exact text I received right before I was told they need more time.

“They are almost finished. Are you planning to head there now to catch them before they leave?”

I feel they took advantage of me not doing the inspection and charged me additional money. Integrity in a cleaning company should be the most important thing and it was not in this situation. Coming from a person who hires janitorial companies for my Property Managment Company this was as communication and I will not be using Reyes again.

Kenia and Maria H did a fabulous job cleaning up our house. They took extra care to make sure all corners of the house were clean. I was extremely impressed with the way the house looked at the end of it. I would highly recommend both Kenia and Maria. I don’t think I have found better cleaners than them so far.

Kenia A and Analberta C did an amazing job cleaning our house! Bringing a newborn home, my wife and I wanted a deep clean of the house to get everything just right for the baby. The team was thorough and exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a one time clean or reoccurring service.

Josefina and Jessica did a great job with the cleaning of our home. What a great experience! They even bring their own cleaning products and tools. Very detail-oriented and thorough. I definitely will rebook and get on a regular schedule for our home.

I have used Reyes Cleaning in the past and had great services. However the company is now listed as Reyes Maids and I ordered and paid for in advance a deep clean. The workers arrive late in the day and they were “tired”. Not what I was expecting!! Only 2 workers for a large home. Usually we would get three people to do a deep clean! Not satisfied with the new “Reyes Maids” at all. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. We could not talk to the owner! Just someone answering the phone. We will look elsewhere in the future as it is not the same company at all

Analberta C and Nadia S did an AMAZING job. They were fast, efficient, and they were so quiet I didn’t even know they were here at times. When they left my house smelled and felt like it was brand new. This was a last minute cleaning for my family who was coming into town. My sister is pregnant and with COVID I wanted to make sure the house was perfect! I am so appreciative that they came and did a great job! Will be using on a bi weekly basis!

The girls Hermelind M and Maria H did a fantastic job with my move out cleaning. The house turned out to be way more clean than I expected. It was my first experience with Reyes and they went way above my expectations. I will definitely recommend to Reyes for anybody in Dallas 😊

I recommend Reyes cleaning service for your cleaning needs! Analberta and María Teresa were wonderful and thorough. We did the deep cleaning and had 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths- Our home felt so clean and tidy that we didn’t want to cook in the kitchen that night to keep it nice! Would use them again.

Yesica and Gloria cleaned our home for our move out and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were very detailed and I don’t think I’ve ever seen the oven sparkle they way that it did.

The two women Anna G and Zayra M had a very difficult challenge to clean this apartment. They took the challenge very professionally without hesitation. They did a very thorough job and exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with them and will continue to use their service. Thank you to Reyes cleaning for accepting this job. This company was fantastic to work with. They were able to schedule a move out clean on relatively short notice. The communication regarding the cleaners arrival was excellent. Aide and Monica did a wonderful job cleaning the move out of 3 college students. No small task. They arrived as scheduled and finished in the quoted time. Love this company and highly recommend!

I booked Reyes Cleaning for a Deep Clean/Move-in clean and a carpet cleaning for a house that my husband and I just purchased. The previous owners had pets so it was very important to me that the home was cleaned professionally prior to us moving in, especially since I have a baby that will be crawling around. I live 45 minutes away currently but came in and out a couple of times while the ladies were cleaning. They seemed to be doing a good job at the time. I received a call fom Reyes Cleaning while there stating that the job would take longer than previously expected, roughly another hour. I agreed to pay the additional cost. After waiting around a little longer I decided to head back home. I got a call stating they were done and I could come inspect. Based on their great reviews and the fact that I was so far away I declined. I arrived to the house the next day to find that they did a HORRIBLE job. The kitchen and upstairs hallway baseboards were not cleaned at all, the countertops had debris and sticky residue all over them, the fridge had stains and the door leading to the garage was left open.

I notified them of how unhappy I was with the job done. I paid close to $600 and it looked like nothing was done. All items that were out like handsoap, toliet paper, cleaning supplies, even a glass cake plate were wrapped together in trash bags with trash along with slices of cheese (I guess it was something they snacked on while there) and thrown in a corner in the garage. A glass cake plate that I have from my recently deceased mother was also thrown into a bag with various items like Lysol, empty water bottles and balls of cat hair. The bags were found later by my husband which by this time had started to stink. The lady's response was that I should have done the inspection. She is absolutely right. Had I known they only accept responsibility for subpar work when they have someone there to point it out to them I would have never booked them at all. I have no idea why they even needed an additional hour. The woman I gave the complaint to told me "next time they would make sure I'm happy". She then told me to have a nice day and to let them know if I need them in the future

I understand the policy of correcting issues while they are still on site but the fact that these ladies left my house without doing even a basic level of cleaning let along a deep cleaning is unacceptable. On top of that the total disregard and dismissive response I received when voicing my complaint was horrible customer service at its finest. We trusted this company to correctly complete the job that they were hired for. After purchasing a home in this market, the last thing I wanted to do was waste 600 bucks on a less than mediocre professional cleaner.

We were moving out and our house was a disaster. 2.5 hours from Sandra and Griselda and the house was spotless. They even went through and took out any old lining we had used for pantry cupboards. The house literally looked spotless. Floors, counters, Blinds, walls, fans, everything was clean! I will definitely be using Reyes Cleaning again! 5/5 stars!!

This was the most affordable move out cleaning I could find in my area. They definitely are worth the money & left my apartment spotless. I got my deposit back from my apartment also. Thank you so much Maria C & Salud V. I will be asking for them to come clean my new apartment once a month!
