House Cleaning reviews in Carrollton, Texas

I work all the time and really didn't keep up with my house. These ladies did a great job in great time. They were so nice. It was worth every penny and I cant wait for them to come back next month.

Poor cleaning services, to include stolen personal items from my home! !

Two weeks ago I reported my concerns of stolen items to the owner Janet Skylar and Estrella. As of today Im still waiting for MaidPro's claim form ,so I can file a police report. Additionally, Ive waisted time & money trying to work with MaidPro for unsatisfactory biweekly cleaning. Since I reported the theft and informed Janet, my best interest is to find another cleaning service - she's not responding.

Mary from Maidpro did an excellent job on my house this morning. She was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Maidpro and Mary.

I called for a same day cleaning service and they were all too happy to help me out. Ana and Adele did such a wonderful job and the prices were great too. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

We have been using Maid Pro for over a year now and we are really happy with this service. They even clean the microwave and will take the trash out to the cans for us. If you need a cleaning service you can not go wrong with Maid pro.

Excellent job cleaning the house. The ladies Mindi and Ashliegh were very efficient and quick and did a complete job! Very very happy with their work and would definitely recommend Maidpro of Plano or Carrollton for cleaning services.

I hired the Maidpro in Carrollton to keep our house clean while we were selling it and had such a great experience with them! They were friendly and attentive to detail plus their price was better than Molly Maid. Definitely would hire them again!

The sent two people to clean my house that were slow and left my shower glass doors with soap scum. I had told the company a deep cleaning was needed. I had told them the oven need cleaning and they said they didn't have the cleaners. I told them I do but they still refused to clean it. They charged me over 60.00 an hour and send inexperienced lazy workers. I intentional left out a bottle of sedatives prescribed to me that any druggy would want to just see if they would take them. When they left I went back and counted them and half were gone. Sure, they do background checks! When I called the service back, they sent two new people out that got my bathroom clean bringing the correct supplies. They still refused to clean the agreed upon oven. Do not use this overpriced company they will send any dreg off the street they can find. The owners response is a blatant lie. There was no discussion of additional fees for the oven and of course didn't address the theft. It turns out $100.00 was also missing from my wallet which I was just going to forget and learn from. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Their response is a complete lie. I asked initially for the oven to be cleaned along with everything else. Who wants a dirty oven? and at the ridiculously high prices they charge, you would expect everything to be clean. If they took theft seriously they would have vetted their people.

Been with MaidPro for a long time. The past several months Cece has been cleaning my home, she is fabulous my home is spotless and smells great. Cece is also great with my canine family

I contacted MaidPro for a deep clean, and that is exactly what I got. When talking to Estrella about the details of the deep clean she went over everything and was very helpful, she assured me that girls would get the job done! The girls she sent over were awesome, Yadira and Ana did an amazing job and didnt take all day! They pay attention to detail! I would recommend using MaidPro!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Absolutely stole my money. I had an agreement for a deep clean for 5.50 hours for 352.90. An outrageous price, but decided I would go ahead and get it done. Robbed!!! Two women came in, did what I would call a swipe over clean. I definitely had a different idea of what deep cleaning means. The two women were there for a total of 3 hours. 1.5 hours each. I called to let Maidpro know how extremely disappointed I was. They returned a partial payment, which did not equal the number of hours I was not given. Now, they are saying they charged me for 5 hours with no explanation, when I only had 3. No response. Liars, cheaters, stealers.

I called MaidPro Plano after I had construction dust all over my kitchen & family room. Not only was the price reasonable, but I came home to a spotless house. From the owner to the scheduler to the cleaners they listened to my specific needs then went above and beyond. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Mary was very thorough in her cleaning. She wiped baseboards, fans and blinds in addition to the regular cleaning, dusting and mopping of floors. She's very pleasant, communicates well and works efficiently and diligently. Would like Mary to come back every month to clean.

Yadira and Ramona did an excellent job and took extra care with all the Christmas decorations! I have been a loyal MaidPro customer since 2009. Professional, dependable with great attention to detail is the standard I have come to expect every time from MaidPro.

I've been late the last couple of months on doing the cleaning survey so I wanted to send something directly. It is a pleasure doing business with you. Things have been truly hectic for me at work and being able to depend not only on a quality clean once a month but on reputable professionals is very important to me.

Yadira and Ana most often clean my house and do an excellent job! They are very familiar with my home and I honestly think they treat it as they would their own. But even on the rare occasion another pro cleans for me, I know the results will be good. That speaks to how you run your company.

So a great team effort by all of you and my continuing thanks back to Yadira and Ana for putting up with my messy house and helping to make it more livable every month!

We love Maidpro! Liz P. always does an excellent job cleaning our house; she's very consistent, and does a much better job cleaning than I ever could. She always goes the extra mile for us!

We have used MaidPro for at least year (probably longer), and our experience with them has been consistently excellent. They are punctual, professional, and invariably do a great job of cleaning to our specifications. MaidPro's owner and management are also extremely dependable and accommodating.
