Leyli and Carmen did a deep clean of our place this past week and it was such a wonderful experience. Our son started crawling recently, so we desperately needed help cleaning our place! It was so clean! I never thought we would have a clean house again, so this was such a relief! The owners were incredibly responsive and professional. Glad we chose this company. I look forward to keeping this clean house!

i needed an extra hand keeping my place tidy and fresh with my work schedule and The Cleaning Authority met that demand. The owner met with me personally and reviewed a cleaning plan, costs and addressed my questions. He had me in schedule rotation pronto and communicated any alterations as soon as noticed. i am grateful for the experience and will continue to use the Cleaning Authority for my helping hands needs!

After a few months, i am still pleased with the service. You will have an online account to set up auto pay, and you can even have your tip on auto, although i prefer to tip in cash and leave it for the cleaners. The owner keeps me informed with reminders of my cleaning although i have access in my online portal its still nice to have a reminder message just in case. Definitely pleased with the service and absolutely love coming home to a fresh smelling, looking, feeling home! Profitable investment in self care.

I have now had my third scheduled service with TCA and could not be happier with my experience thus far! I feel like my cleanings are customized exactly to my home’s needs and not just a generic “punch list” that the staff goes through. We have bi-monthly cleanings that first started off with a visit from Jerod, who walked through the home and specifically took notes of details to ensure we signed up for the right level of service! The cleaning crew is very professional, great with my dog, and completely trustworthy. I’m so happy we found TCA!

Joselyn is really great!! Always does a thorough job and leaves everything looking very nice. She is very sweet and friendly, as well as professional and trustworthy! Erika and Pati have been with her recently and they are great as well!

Karen hasn’t been to my house in awhile, but she is also super awesome! Went out of her way to stay extra one day and do a pile of dishes when I was pregnant and sick! (This is not part of the service that I pay for - but was so grateful when I got home.)

The ladies did a fantastic job. Well pleased. They even turned the bed down after changinging the linen. 5*service today..

I recently moved into a new home and got estimates from many companies who would just plug your information in and give you a number. This was the first company that actually seemed like they cared, the owner came out and did an in house estimate. What I was looking for was specific, only certain parts of the house cleaned and no other company would let me be so specific. Their estimate was competitive but the owner informed be that they do not wash dishes or move things off the counter to clean. I was originally going to only do a one time clean but after everything was said and done I cannot imagine not having them come back. I especially enjoy using the online portal to pay and feel like I can communicate with them very easily through email/phone or text.

The day of my clean, Luz, Rosa and Rafael arrived on time and provided a written letter confirming what was to be cleaned. Luz, Rosa and Rafael did a great job on this initial clean, close attention to detail, exceeded my expectations and I have nothing bad to say at all. Their supervisor, Carmen, came at the end and checked off everything and confirmed with me that everything went well. I love how they mopped the entry after themselves on the way out. This company truly cares about your business.

I was interested in The Cleaning Authority for a long while, due to the literature I received in the mail... doing a mini deep clean on one part of the house while cleaning the rest sounded like a good idea. I am sure I could probably interview a dozen smaller outfits and find a cheaper bi weekly service, but I don't think I'd get any better quality cleaning. I don't get the same crew every week, but everyone they've sent in the 6 months I've used them and the owner Jared are friendly. Because I'm working from home, they do everything they can to get done quickly and thoroughly. They also contend with my dogs and their nervous barking, which I do appreciate. Before hiring TCA, I did looking at an individual cleaner recommended by a friend and their quote was right in line with what I'm paying now.

Love the app, love the reminders, and enjoy a clean house at least once every two weeks 😌

We LOVE LUZ and ROSA! We have been with them for about 6 months and they come consistently every week and do such a great job! Our home smells so clean, they leave floors sparkling and tiny details like the throw blanket on our master bed - in a really beautiful decorative fold. I had a super busy week and they hand washed the dishes in the sink! They leave the house looking so great and ready for any drop by company. So happy with them!

I have been using this company for almost 3 months. I have been very impressed with their willingness to adjust their routine for me as well as taking feedback and making cleaning adjustments. I have been especially impressed with Luz, Rosa, Brenda, and Maria.

It’s now been 9 months of using this company. I've been very happy with all the teams that have been to my home to clean. However, Joselyn and Erika seem to stand out as especially wonderful! They have been part of most of my cleaning teams, and I can tell they are getting more familiar with my home. Keep up the good work!

I have been using them for 3 months now. I was impressed with the initial deep cleans, and have been very happy with my bi-weekly cleans. Brenda and Maria are my favorite cleaners, they really make my bathrooms sparkle. My shower glass has never been this clear. I really like that they send in a team of at least 2 cleaners, so I don’t have to be out of my house all day. And if I have an issue, I can text the manager and address an issue. Very pleased and will continue service, they make my life so much easier 😀🙌

The team is always on time, does an excellent job, and they’re always kind and friendly. They are also SO FAST. I’m always impressed with how much faster the team gets the job done compared to how long it would take us!

We've been with TCA - Coppell for more than a year now on a biweekly cleaning service. They always do a great job and make sure we're satisfied with their services. Maria and Brenda have been with us since the beginning and they're very nice people, great with their job. We like the fact that we have the same people coming since the start which made things much comfortable and smoother as we got along.

Very professional and the ladies did a great job. Very detail oriented from baseboards to the top of the dresser mirror. We have 3 dogs and you can’t tell they even live here. It is so nice to have a clean home that is fresh but not in a chemical way. I like the ideal that once your cleaning is set up you will have one area deep cleaned on every visit as well as a general clean in all the areas. Stephanie F.

Today was a first time cleaning for us as a new customer. Leyla & Esmeralda did an incredible job. My house looks & smells wonderful! They literally left nothing to chance and even stopped to double-check if one of their cleaning products might be leaving streaks on our countertops (fyi - it did not!). Aisha (sp?) stopped in to check on things and she was friendly and thorough and a pleasure to work with. We are very please with our decision to give this company a try.
