This company is absolutely amazing! I called after hours at 6 p.m and Luke the technician was here in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had us back working within an hour! He was clean, thorough and explained every step of how the problem would be fixed. After the repairs, he did a full check of all others components of our A/C to ensure they were no other problems that may arise. Cost was MORE than reasonable and they have a customer for life. Heat and Air Gurus was a life-saver!!!

I can’t recommend Heat and Air Gurus enough! As new owners of a 50-year-old home in Plano, we've run into our fair share of heating and air conditioning issues and Luke with Heat and Air Gurus has been an absolute lifesaver. He is incredibly responsive, showing up within 24 hours every time we've called, no matter the issue.

We signed up with this company for our AC's annual maintenance. Luke came out and thoroughly inspected our two units. There was no pressure to get stuff done sooner. He gave us a quote for all the maintenance we need to do whenever possible. I recommend this HVAC company!
