Our heat pump stopped working on Easter Sunday and it got pretty warm inside the house. Fortunately a cold front came in that evening with perfect timing and cooled us off. I called at 8:30 Monday morning and Paul came out about an hour later. He confirmed that the unit died and that we would be getting a call to schedule the installation of a new unit. They came this morning and swapped it out in about an hour and best of all it was under warranty, not cost! We've been a customer for over 10 years and they've been great the whole time, thanks.

Lifetimez Air made taking care of my ac/heating unit easy. Carie from the Lifetimez text me to remind me that it's time for a maintenance. She scheduled the appointment all by text, which was super convenient for me. I got a call from Carie 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving on the appointment day. I also got a picture and name of the technician.

Jason Rodriguez, the technician arrived with full mask and bootie cover for the shoe. Jason was professional and answer all my questions. Took his time to explain all of my concern. Jason explained all the work that was performed.

I would highly recommend this company for their outstanding professionalism and customer service.

Lawrence and his team did everything right from start to finish. I just purchased a new house that had 25 year old A/C unit. He came by to check on everything (I figured I was going to have to buy a new unit which I was looking forward to after buying a house) and said that everything was fine just to make sure that I had it serviced and regularly checked on. The best part about it all was that he took the time to educate me on best practices with my unit and furnace so I can make sure to maximize the life of them and SAVE money. I recommend them to anybody and everybody who is looking for a reliable, honest, and dependable company.
