support from scheduling to follow ups. As far as the cleaning staff, very punctual and professional in keeping everyone in the loop of issues if one were to arise. and even going as far as documenting everything from before and after pictures to videos all saved into an account you have on file.

Halo Restoration has been handling the La Fitness Texas region for some time now and has done a fantastic job keeping our facilities clean. Prior to using them we had raced through many companies that said they could handle the load but clearly could not. There is a huge difference between surface cleaning and deep cleaning and Halo knows the difference. A division that has always been a challenge has been the janitorial- it seemed that most companies continually had different employees for every shift so we always experienced different quality work. Halo Restoration has exemplary janitorial services and cannot put into words how excited we are to have found such a five star company. Keep up the great work.

Im not sure how to explain how disappointed I am in my experience. First off, the initial Sales deal is great...but then scheduling a team to actually do the work is a nightmare. Then when the team comes to do the work they are as unprofessional as can be. The crew that was sent had 1 individual on their team walking around the restaurant on a telephone call planing to ROB the place during renovation. We caught the video and audio on camera. James (head guy) apologized profusely and scheduled another team. Then they cancelled because they said it was too hot to work. We got AC turned on and then the next team they sent was 1 guy and he said the work was too much for just 1 guy. Absolute nightmare. I cancelled the service. Good luck if you deal with this company and good luck getting a hold of Sarah and having her ask you the right questions. ROBOT

I had what I thought was a small roof leak. Scott and Chris arrived on time to examine the roof and discuss solutions. Both were professionally attired, polite and spoke well. What they discovered was wind and hail damage that I was unaware of. Scott called my insurance company, filed a claim and met with the adjuster in the next few days. Approval was made that day and a beautiful new roof was on within a week.(Had to wait for non-rainy weather). Scott and a manager came out that afternoon to check on job and my satisfaction. Went over my yard for seco d time with magnets to get stray roofing nails, etc. And...Scott came by again and checked yard for any metal. I have never dealt with such an efficient, professional and customer friendly company. This is what every service provider shod strive for. Also, Halo does not deal with cheap products. God love them!

James and his team saved our restaurant from a potential $12,000.00 mistake!! Our previous vendor that cleans our ducts and hoods made a total mess and even left access pannels OFF after cleaning. We had gone to get bids to replace our system....REPLACE!! Halo found the very simple solution: put the access panel back on! They were quick, HONEST, and even cheerful to work with. As everyone knows, not everything goes according to plan during a remodel. We called on a Sunday afternoon and Halo was on sight Monday morning, doing an awesome job. We would use them again and highly recommend Halo for all of your deep cleaning needs.

Had Halo come and professionally clean our AC Vents as well as entire kitchen ceiling tile. Team did a great job, looks good as new and sent a good amount of pictures showing in how much detail they wrap everything in plastic to protect from the cleaning process. Overall very happy and will definitely use these guys again.

My restaurant Kintaro Ramen has used Halo to clean our hood vents for the past 3yrs, they always do an excellent job cleaning and if we ever have an issue or need to reschedule they are very quick to respond and get it fixed. This last weekend our suppression system was set off and they had someone out the same day to help make sure we could get back open as soon as possible. I will always highly recommend them!
