The guys (I think Antonio, and Gary) that assisted with moving my belongings, were Awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. It's a black owned business which I do my best to support. I wish I had more funds to give as a tip. I would definitely be using Reasonable Moving Services again in the future. Ive been referring Reasonable Moving Services since yesterday to my professional friends. I am Extremely Happy with their/your service.

Exceptional attention to detail leading up to the move. Very clear on pricing. Showed up on time and worked quickly. The moving team blew us away with how fast and professional they were. The absolutely worst moving experience. They intentionally took forever, they took a 45 minute break on the clock, and then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Left things behind, broke furniture, this business has an F with the BBB so I would NOT waste your time and money.

Trey & Joseph did a phenomenal job moving us this Saturday. They worked quickly and handled all of our valuables with care. I would recommend Reasonable Moving Services to anybody in the DFW area!

So, I had an all of sudden large move that needed to be completed. This company had the best prices around. The hourly rate was much cheaper than any other company that I was quoted for. Every single company that came to my residence said that it would take 12 hours or so to move (I also used their packing service). I had a three BR 2 bath and garage to move.

The people were very nice but let’s get to the three stars. The packing service did a great job but didn’t disassemble which made the movers have to do it extending their time. Each time there was an arrival window, they arrived right at the end (for example 9-11 was 11) not to nitpick but this made it so that we missed the window to take the boxes to storage. This led to me having to schedule ANOTHER move! On short notice. I was told that they would come back in the morning but then at the last minute they weren’t able to come. I paid all of the fees each time as if there were two separate moves which was not my fault!

Also, the rate was not prorated so after paying for two moves and the packing, a minute longer was charged as the entire hour.

I will say that they didn’t seem like they were milking the time, but originally they were aware of the amount of stuff and the location that they would be moving to. And instead of communicating their needs and expectations they ended up being $1000 more than the next cheapest company. In total based on the other quotes for how long it would take, I expected to spend $680 on packing and $1380 on moving. The packing was actually less (except I had to provide my own supplies which was $500) and I spent $1960 on the moving. AND there were things left behind. The washroom was not moved and there were boxes throughout the garage, and things scattered around the house.

This isn’t a bash because I actually think that this company is not bad. Overall, they were still fairly cheap but if you have a lot to pack and move, I’d suggest another company. That being said, I think that for smaller spaces they would be great. ☺️

Not only did they finish the move well ahead of schedule, but they also did it with absolute precision and care. Great thing is they communicated extremely well, arranged everything nicely and showed up on time. The things I had moved are: 5 piece sectional that they dissembled; refrigerator, TV stand, vanity mirror, floor mirror, (2) dresser chest, washer-dryer, TVs, and miscellaneous items packed in the garage.
I dissembled all (3) beds to make transition quicker but, that didn’t make difference.

I will never hire anyone working by the hour, especially when I see them moving slow. This job took a total of 5 hours. Had to stop the job b/c so much time had went by. I didn’t even get to load the rest of my things. Had to find help else where. The drive to other home was 18min.; unloading about an hour.

Once completed I was asked to go look at my furniture to check for damages. The things that were damaged were hidden. Could’ve just been transparent about busting up my amore($350 TV stand) cracking the corners of my bluetooth vanity mirror($800), and scrapping-denting my fridge.

Never again. Then expected to get paid in full.

Absolutely would not recommend this company. Started with a call a few days before the move telling me they had scheduled maintenance on the truck the day I was moving and could I move it to the next day. When did moving become flexible? I told them I could do the afternoon before my scheduled date and they gave me a window from 1-3. They got there at 3:15 and the guy doing the paperwork smelled so strong, I thought I was going to get a contact high, if you know what I mean.
They were very slow to get everything packed up that it put us right smack into rush hour traffic, which of course meant more time on the clock. I stopped to get them McDonalds since it was getting so late, they moved my stuff into my house and the above mentioned mover kept smacking my furniture into my newly painted walls.
I ended up unwrapping the furniture as they brought it in to hurry the process along. When it came time for the bill, they tried to charge me an extra hour for going 7 minutes over, which was because they were soooo slow. I have never had 3 movers take 5 hours to move a 2 bedroom, 1 office home. I refused to pay the extra hour and only after they left did I see the damage to several of my items, including a lot of scratches as well.
My daughter was supposed to use them next weekend and I told her to cancel and she did.
Would never recommend these guys to anyone.

We hired this company after having a good experience last year, but this time I’d give negative stars if I could.

Three men spent 5 hours moving boxes and furniture from a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Lazy, unprofessional, and rude.
They complained the entire time about heavy boxes and the King size bed not being “apartment friendly”… whatever that means.
They went to the gas station for a 30 minute break then tried to lie to us and say the GPS sent them the wrong way. Wouldn’t answer the phone and caused a ton of anxiety during an already stressful move.
Spent $600 for a 5 hour job, then they had the audacity to come back to our door to ask for a $50 (or more) per person tip.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. HIRE THE REAL PROFESSIONALS, NOT THESE GUYS.

I recently used Reasonable Moving Services, and I am beyond impressed with their work. Despite having to move everything in the rain, the team made the entire process easy and efficient. They even installed appliances and managed to carry heavy items upstairs without any issues. Their dedication and professionalism were evident throughout the move. Additionally, their pricing was very competitive, providing great value for the quality of service. I highly recommend Reasonable Moving Services for anyone in need of a reliable and hardworking moving company.

I had a terrible experience with this moving service. The movers showed up late, and it all went downhill from there. Despite having a small amount to move, it took them a tremendous amount of time to get the job done.

They broke several of my items and even tried to use Gorilla Glue to repair them, which was insulting. On top of that, they caused damage to my new home. When I called the supervisor to report the issues, they promised to “take care of it,” but nothing was done. I wasn’t offered any discount or compensation, and after that call, they completely ghosted me—no responses to calls or texts.

My advice? If you have another option, take it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Used them for the first time this Friday for a move, and happy I did. From the first interaction with getting an estimate they were very informative to all the questions I asked. They confirmed everything and checked in to confirm a week before and a few days before. They showed up during the window they provided. And moved me within the two hour time slot. I was nervous because it took longer than I anticipated to move out, but boy were they moving, moving me into my new place. Literally went by very quickly. They men were very respectful, careful, wrapped everything so neatly and made no messes or messed up anything. They were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Professional, on time. Very respectful. Been using Reasonable Movers for 20 yrs. Today my wife and I moved for the 15+ time with these guys and it is always a smooth move. No stress.

I wouldn't hire these movers. Lack of preparedness with tools (no drills), 3 men took too long as it's really only 1.5 men since one is lazy but likes to boss around and the other is to mature in age for heavy lifting. They also made significant damage to a wall and tried to deny/act surprised. They have good intentions but are only doable for small jobs and/or cheap materials that are easy to move. I tried to be nice on the evaluation form but in reality I rate them 1 star.

They were late my window time was 12:00 to 2:00pm they didn't arrive until 4 then this one Tony was telling the other guys what to do while one guy was texting everytime I looked up. They didn't have the proper tools to even take my bed down so they didn't move my bed, didn't hook up my washer and dryer took my TV's down and didn't move them. I end up renting a u haul still. They are some sorry movers and they wanna charge a30$ service fee if you pay with a card. So I paid with cash and they couldn't me my change. Horrible business

One of the movers I had demanded a $50 tip for each Mover after they were forty-two minutes late from my scheduled arrival time between (9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.), so getting there at 11:42 a.m. and after I helped them move my stuff into their truck. They called me around 10:30 a.m., said they were in Plano and they’ll arrive in a hour and four minutes but there got there at 11:42 a.m. I offered them the cash I had at the time ($22), but the older of the two Movers told me there’s a $50 tip requirement for each of them. I didn’t see that in our agreement, so I’m curious where did this come from, and why were they late and disrespectful? I don’t believe that’s how customers need to be treated.

One of the Movers got his blood all over my $800 mattress during a moving service. I had the clean blood off my mattress with bleach! They ripped the protective mattress cover and had my mattress lying in motor oil in the parking lot of my apartment complex. Movers also scratched my wooden sofa legs. They continued to pack heavy boxes on light one even though I told them not to, which further aided in the destruction of my other property. The movers came to my home smelling horrible and stumbling around like they had been drinking. Movers were completely unprofessional.

Reasonable Moving was pushy to get me to hire their services, and didn’t listen to my request or the information I provided. I requested a 3 man crew but only got 2. The guys showed up in a taped up truck and were 30 minutes late. When they got here they informed me that I would be charged for full hour increments. The guys were polite but were slow at moving my stuff and hand no regard for the possible damage to my walls or furniture. The guys were muscling my furniture through the door and the sofa got stuck through the frame and he kept trying to make it fit causing the wood in the sofa to crack. They bounced my furniture (sofa, washer/dryer, shelving, boxes) down every step instead of gently guiding them down. They broke a shelving chest that serves as a leg to the bunk bed because they put the heavy end of the shelf hanging off the dolly and it broke apart. I called the company and only got a recording, I left a message for someone to call me back and a month later still didn’t hear back from anyone. One of the movers tried to rectify the situation by reducing the price to make up for the shelf and informed me he was supposed to be off because he was injured. I would not recommend using this company. Maybe try Black Tie movers next time.
