I chose HomeOver General Contractors because of Blaine of there Project Managers. He was persistent in keeping in touch with me at least once a week after they inspected and gave me an estimate on the roof repair. I had mentioned to Blaine that I had gotten another estimate on the roof repair also. The other roofing companies Project Manager did not contact me once a week and sometimes did not respond back when I emailed him. So when I got my mortgage insurance check released to me I texted Blaine and told him, that I was going with HomeOver to do the repairs. We agreed on an appointment date so he could come to my house for the depreciation payment. Once the check cleared he texted me back with the start date to remove my solar panels and also start date for the roofing repair. HomeOver was right on schedule for both jobs. Their solar panel personnel only took 3-4 hrs to uninstall the panels on the day scheduled. The roofing personnel started around 6:30 am on the day scheduled. They finished installing the roof and cleaned up my yard around 5-6 pm, the same day they started. Blaine texted me the same week to let me know that he had talked to my mortgage company, sent them pictures of unseen damage and the extra cost. He also let me know that he was scheduling an appointment to get the solar panels re-installed. They solar panel crew showed up on the date scheduled to re-install the panels. So, I was very satisfied with their work on my roof repair and also with their cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend HomeOver General Contractors to anyone needing roofing repairs, also their price was lower than the other estimate. Thank you Blaine/HomeOver General Contractors!
