Carthage Air replaced my whole AC/Heating System in Nacogdoches. I've waited 8 months to do a review to make sure everything and everyone operated as promised. First, they were the most competitive quote I received, especially since the system they put in was a very high quality one. In today's day and time, one is hard pressed to find a firm that is truly cares for the customer. This company went the extra mile to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied. They really went over and above what I expected. Since I used them previously on a second home we had in another county, I was glad that they are now doing business in the Nacogdoches area as I was very happy with their service on that system. They return calls immediately, even on the weekends. If you need services, they will come out very quickly and make sure the system is fully functional before they leave. They just did an after installation service check (no charge) and even cleaned out our dryer vent. Wow. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe Innerarity, was very nice and knowledgeable and when Cody and Juan came out the were very professional and thorough with the installation of my insulation. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used this business since it's earliest days. They have adapted and grown and I have to say that as they've moved into the high tech era they have maintained that mom and pop business persona. I really liked that I received several confirmation calls and the service is great. Very professional and Kyle is knowledgeable and an efficient worker. Can't say enough good about this company.

Carthage Air provided us with service better than we could have dreamed possible from a fix to an entirely new install. We called with a concern an hour before closing about our old system and they had a technician, Kyle, out within an hour of opening the following day to fix the issue which only took him about 30 minutes. He explained the issue and answered all of our questions.

Joe, the company owner came out to give us 3 quotes on the new system, good, better, and best, and explained all three and how they differ from one another. He also answered every question and was able to give me an install day right then. This process took under an hour.

The install of our new system including new air ducts, took a total of 13 hours over two days. Cody, the installer was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and made me feel more than comfortable leaving him and his assistant in my home to work, while I went to work as well. They took steps to make sure the entire process was clean as they went, including wearing shoe coverings, laying protective sheets on the floor throughout where they would be walking and having a shop vac to clean up during the process.

We will be using Carthage Air exclusively for all of our heating and air needs.

From the time I called in for a service call to the time my AC was blowing cold air was less than 2 hours. Very professional and quick service. Highly recommend!

I have had to use them on 2 different weekend emergency calls and to install new insulation. All great guys, honest, and get the job done professionally. Highly recommend.

Kyle and Xavier were wonderful as always with maintenance on our generator and heating unit. Kyle is a great role model for Xavier, who tries to imitate him in his work ethics. They both feel like very valued old friends.

The guys that come out were very nice and respectful also they cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me I highly recommend them

Had a thermostat wire break at 4:00 on the afternoon of a hot day recently. I thought I was looking at a very uncomfortable night before it could be repaired, but a fast and reasonably priced after hours call got my AC back up and running by 7:00 pm. I couldn’t ask for better service than that.

Came home from work at the hospital to no ac. Ceiling fans helped, but not good enough. I made the call, within the hour tech was on route . I told him what I thought it might be. He agreed, said it's common in the heat. He checked inside and outside. Finding the cap was swelled. Luckily he had one on truck. Once running, he checked unit more completely. Very nice young man.

Carthage Air did a fantastic job on cleaning out our a/c unit. Kyle was very professional and thorough in all of the services like always. We also have the service agreement and plan on using them in the future!

Company is very responsive and gets you back running. The technicians are very respectful and the owner cares. Offered me money back on the job. The prices are high $150 thermostat installed will cost your $589.95 (30 mins of labor if you do yourself) and $173.77 to replace a capacitor ~ $30 part (15 min job). Great company just know you will pay for the service.

We have been dealing with our warranty company for 2 wks trying to get this unit fixed and have been given the run around and even blamed for the unit not heating by the agent with the company. I finally got fed up and decided to have it properly looked and called Carthage Air. From the initial call to the technician Kyle showing up was fast with and hour or so not 2-3 days. They had us back up and running in less than 2 hours. They actually found the true issue vs what was told to us by the warranty affiliate. I'm so glad I made that call and definitely highly recommend Carthage Air.
