We had a great experience with Stanley Restoration. They made an otherwise extremely stressful situation pretty easy and smooth. They came and packed out all the contents of our home for an insurance claim and then brought it all back at the end. They took care with our items and communicated very well. Richard was a great project manager. Ashley and her team (Josefina, Claira, and Dina) did a great job packing up our contents then unpacking and putting them all back where they belonged. Christi was also wonderful to work with. They were all very professional, very communicative, and did a great job!

Richard, Robert and Eric were absolutely amazing, both packing out and moving us back in. Their attention to detail making sure our new floors weren't damaged was greatly appreciated!! They were professional, efficient and extremely courteous. Highly recommend!!

Stanley Restoration has done an excellent job with the pack-out portion of our job. Ashley and her team did a wonderful job organizing and packing our belongings. Maurice and his team were excellent and helped make the pack-out process work smoothly. They communicated thoughtfully along every step of the way, were efficient and a pleasure to work with. Had a water heater in my garage burst back in May that flooded the bedroom on the adjacent wall in the house. Stanley promptly dispatched Robbie P to assess. Robbie was the ultimate professional and made the experience hassle-free. The assessment, flood cuts, equipment set-up went smoothly. The communication during the process was great. Robbie respected my property and belongings. He took care to clean up along the way. When asked, he gave explanations of what was occurring. Unfortunately, the damage was already done and I had to have the flooring replaced. Overall, I was satisfied with the whole process.

Stuart came to our rescue on a Sunday! We had a water leakage that we were not aware of until several days later. The water damage was not too extensive, but it was enough to cause us to worry about the aftermath of the water damage. Stuart was kind and helpful. He checked our place to see the extent of the damage and was very knowledgeable. He was organized and knew exactly what needs to be done to help repair the damaged areas. We look forward to having Stuart and the Stanley Restoration team help us rebuild the damaged areas of our office.Thank you Stuart!

After a stressful few months of house repairs after a water leak, Stanley Restoration was a breath of fresh air. The "A" team that moved our belongings back and unpacked everything were simply amazing! They took such care of everything and were so kind. That care, compassion and kindness is what sets Stanley Restoration apart! It was exactly what we needed after such an ordeal. I can't say enough good things about Maurice, Rino, Justin and Z for moving everything back in and getting everything hooked back up and Ashley, Elsa, Josefina, Dina, Alexis and Maria for unpacking and getting everything back in place. Their last comment to us before leaving after two days of hard work was "Welcome Home" and "Home" was exactly what they helped to put back together for us!

Richard R. has come out on a couple occasions now to help with water damage/mitigation. Quick and easy to communicate with - brought plenty of fans, dehumidifiers and walked me through next steps and whatnot. Main office is easy to work with as well

If I could give 0 stars I would. Company is a joke, they quoted for stuff on our claim that weren’t even done. The project manager assigned was Preston and he only stopped by to check on the work maybe twice due to our complaints. We were told it would be max 2 month project since we had water damage/mold and it turned out to be 6 months. We agreed to break contract due to the dissatisfaction on how things were done and handled. I tried being flexible and patient with Preston and the project but we weren’t priority. He blamed the slow progress on the contractors because of their limited availability. I escalated the concerns to other people within the company but nothing was corrected. Get familiar with the estimate and the terms to have an understanding on what the claim covers as they like to overcharge.

It is a pleasure to give our highest recommendation to Freddy Salinas and his colleague who came to remove mold from our kitchen. The company reacted immediately to our request and the technicians arrived within 24 hours. They diagnosed the problem on arrival, gave us a quote, performed the necessary remediation and left the kitchen clean after completing their job. They were easy to communicate with, helpful and pleasant. They also suggested how to reach the specialists to do the follow up reconstructions and how to deal with mold spore contaminants. Thank you for helping us!

I can’t say enough great things about Stanley Restoration. Dealing with water damage is overwhelming, but their team (Ashley, Claira, Dina, and Maria) made the process so much easier. They packed up my parent’s home quickly, carefully, and with so much attention to detail. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Our dishwasher broke and destroyed our kitchen and our insurance company recommended Stanley Restoration, so we called them and set up an appointment. Richard came out to the house within a few days, presented us with a comprehensive quote and timeframe for demolition. They began work promptly thereafter and had all the water damage remediated in a few days. The entire process was seamless and transparent. Richard and his crew were always on time, thorough and completely professional. Highly recommend them.

I called Tony from MD Roofing Inc. From the very start we got off to a great start.
Tony directed me to catalog to choose the color and type of roof. Once roof was chosen he then set a date. His team showed up early that morning. They had a challenging job due to the roof was 30 years old and they had to strip it completely down. Make a long story short. This team was done in one day and left absolutely no trash.
After doing such a good job. We bought beer for them and drank a few.
This is a top notch company and we highly recommend them.
