Constraction reviews in Cedar Hill, Texas

My experience with MD ROOFING LLC. and their representative Mr. Oscar Carreon was 100% positive, thanks to them I got a new roof on my house without having to get too involved. These guys really know what they're doing. And I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Carreon who handled the process in a very professional way. I'll give them six stars ⭐

Best roofer in DFW. Tony helped me replace roof twice in the past five years (for two different houses). Good work, reliable material, perfect in communication, and stand behind their work. I had a leak one year after installation, Tony made time right away, cleaned up the leaves, and showed me how to properly maintain the roof (it actually wasn't roofers fault, certainly).

We had a leak in the roof of our townhome for a long time. We had a couple of other roofers and contractors out, but none of them took the time to actually find where the leak was coming from. We connected with MD Roofing through a referral service, and Tony was able to come out quickly to inspect the leak. Not only did he come out quickly, he also came back within two days to complete the repair based on his initial findings. If anything else comes up on our roof, we will definitely call MD Roofing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and well organized.

MD Roofing recently installed a new roof and gutters on our home and I couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend MD Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Oscar was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank You MD Roofing.

After a recent hail storm we used MD Roofing for our roof repair. They also replaced our gutters and fixed and stained our fence.

We had Ladarius as our point of contact and he did an excellent job keeping us informed and communicating with us throughout the whole process. MD Roofing was able to install a class 3 shingle at no additional cost to us that will help reduce our insurance payments in the future. They did the work quickly. It was extremely hot on the day they started, so they weren’t able to finish in just one day, but that was understandable.

They came out a few days later to fix and stain our fence and another day that week to do all of the gutters. Again Ladarius did a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process.

Since it was a very bad hail storm, all of our neighbors had to get the same work done as well. A lot of them said they found hundreds of nails and screws in their yard and we found less than 10. MD Roofing did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the area tidy when they left.

We had a few hiccups along the way, as I’m sure any project of this magnitude does, but Ladarius worked with us to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. Overall I would 100% recommend MD Roofing.

I needed to get a new roof after a bad hailstorm. Ladarius knocked on my door and after talking to me about my need of a new roof I chose to go with him and MD roofing. I got great service, Ladarius was always available to me, and my wife and I love the new roof. If we ever need anything done to our roof you can bet I will call MD roofing again.

Had MD come out to my house and replace my roof. They contacted the insurance company for me and came out with the appraiser. Thanks to Keke I didn’t have to do any work or talking with them. He was very responsive and always made himself available. Outside of what was the insurance job they quoted me a VERY reasonable price to replace old and rotted siding and repainted my house. It looks wonderful and I will always recommend them. When you use them ask for Keke he’s very personable and easy to talk to.

Oscar took the initiative to catch me at my mailbox and explained all the details and pricing for my new roof. He was very professional and they did such an excellent job. I even referred my neighbor and they provided her a new roof as well this year. Great job!

Oscar is very knowledgeable. Very good to work with and he worked very hard to get the insurance company to pay for the decking. Went the extra mile. Enjoyed working with him. He is going to do another roof for me on another property of mine. Excellent service.

Oscar did a great job! I have already referred him to several friends and they have new roofs, too. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Oscar gave me the best price and called my insurance company when they did not want to pay. In the end, they paid! Thank you, Oscar!

MD Roofing LLC process from evaluating the damages, explaining their service, setting up the meeting with my home insurance adjuster, scheduling and installing the new shingles was very professional. From the experience that I have had in the past getting a new roof, it was stress free thanks to Axel. I highly recommend their service. There were some minor things found that were leftover, but Axel made sure that all of the hits and misses were cleaned up to my satisfactory. Thank you MD Roofing LLC.

Jimmy came out to assist with our water heater replacement and noticed a leak we hadn’t and took the time to fix it in addition to what he was already doing. His attention to detail, good nature and reasonable pricing was greatly appreciated!

Our contact with MD Roofing was Oscar Carreon and we were so impressed with the service he gave us we told several friends. Oscar was there to answer all of our questions and came to check on the progress of the roof and gutters. We were so impressed with his professionalism. Both in his appearance, politeness and knowledge of his business. I felt he really cared that we were absolutely satisfied. And we were.

Oscar and MD Roofing replaced my roof and gutters in 2021, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with someone working on my home. Oscar was honest, forthcoming, and made good on everything we did scudded and needed. He did extra work on my patio cover at a very reasonable price, solving some other issues that were at that home. We sold that house the following year and the value of the house was significantly improved following the new roof from MD Roofing. I have had a number of roofers arrive at our new home following a hailstorm, and a number of houses in our new neighborhood got new roofs. I turned them all away. I have no interest in working with another roofer after working with Oscar and MD Roofing. I was very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing a new roof.

Keith hunt helped me get my roof approved and even took care of staining my fence at a good price. If you want some one to take care of you like family ask for Keith.

Highly recommend MD Roofing, and specifically Oscar!

We reached out on Nextdoor for a roofing company and got several recommendations. A few barely gave us the time of day and the ones that did were significantly more expensive than MD Roofing.

But aside from cost, the biggest reason went with MD Roofing was their friendly, responsive and straight forward communication.

This was especially appreciated when we encountered an unexpected problem with the installation. Four hours into the project, a freak storm passed over our house. Despite nothing in the forecast, and a clear sunny sky all morning - out of nowhere a brief but significant rainstorm began dumping water on top of our now exposed roof.

Water immediately started pouring into our house. Oscar’s team quickly began tarping the roof to prevent further water, and within minutes had buckets and towels in the interior.

Their quick action mitigated further damage. They setup dehumidifiers over the weekend, and after a few days of letting things dry out, we only had minor interior damage. His team quickly repaired the little damage there was.

Thanks MD Roofing and Oscar for your high quality work and professionalism!

MD roofing is a very efficient company. Tony is always prepared with information specific to my job. His assessments are honest, and direct. He has been my roofer since 2005; for my primary home and my rental. The roofing crew does an outstanding job, quality work and good service. I highly recommend MD Roofing, what a pleasure to do business with a company that really takes care of their clients. Thank you, Tony & crew.

I recently had MD Roofing install a new roof on my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, John was professional, helpful, and friendly. John was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and their prices were the lowest I found after checking with a few other roofers. The crew that worked on my roof did an excellent job, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend MD Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you, John & MD Roofing, for your excellent work and customer service!

Oscar have been a great support throughout the process. From quote to actual work to our roof. He also coordinated with our insurance to make sure all the paperwork aligned. That free up time for us to focus in other stuffs. He is always available when we have questions or need additional tech support. I recommended MD Roofing to my neighbor. Oscar was there through out the process. A true professional, honest, customer service driven, and business guy.

After reviewing and meeting over 20 different companies, we selected MD Roofing and we were not disappointed. Keith and the team were fantastic - communication, quality of work, timing for completion of the job, team members effort. We started with the roof, and then we quickly moved to painting our house, and then replacing all of the gutters. We would continue to ask for recommendations and thoughts along the way and they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you are thinking of anyone else, please take the time to speak to Keith at MD Roofing. You won't be disappointed and I can't say enough positive about them! Mike Thiel

I was knocked by multiple companies due to the storm yesterday but to see someone yank another companies card off my door to add theirs seems unfair. I also don’t appreciate that they littered in front of my home.
Just based off this interaction I wouldn’t recommend this company to my neighbors.
