This company is out right amazing! I was having a terrible day my AC was not working at all and I work from home. I called and Cool Now came the same day and fixed my issue with no problems. The gentleman that came and helped me, thank you so much Mr Jones, you was very patient with me and was really polite. I definitely will be using this company again.

When my AC went out in the middle of summer I called around for 2 days trying to get it fixed. But I when I called Cool now they came to the rescue! Not only was my issue able to be fixed in one day but the price was very reasonable and I saved money! Thank you so much for making this process easy for me and for being so nice during it. I highly recommend cool now for all hvac services.

My downstairs AC unit went out/not cooling my downstairs properly, so as I was searching for a AC repair company , Cool Now LLC was highly recommended on on Nextdoor app by local neighbors. I reached out and Terrell came to the rescue right away. Terrell was very prompt, professional, dependable, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair immediately as he already had the parts readily available in the service truck! AC was up and running in less than an hr! COOL NOW definitely represents the service I received today and I will only do business with them when it comes to my AC maintenance and repairs from now on. Thanks again Terrell!!!!

Cool Now AC was amazing! They replaced my AC unit today. The team was on time, professional, efficient and thorough. Terrell quoted me a price that was significantly less than the others and offered a better labor warranty. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Cool Now AC several times for repairs and my most recent installation. The owner has always been prompt and is very dependable! He always takes the time to explain the issues in a way that I could understand. I really appreciate the fact that he's always upfront, very knowledgeable and the pricing is very reasonable. It's hard to find honest and reliable work nowadays, but Cool Now has definitely delivered!

Paint department is awful employee (ms.flo) would rather gossip then take care of a line of customers waiting and then get mad when someone ask for help

I want to spread this to all HOME DEPOT shoppers. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION WARRANTY for their products. Basically, they only cover 3-5yrs after purchase pending the product Mfr. Warranty. You're going to have to go through the Mfr. Warranty first according to their new policy and then be covered by the store warranty. BUT WAIT, THE STORE WARRANTY WILL EXCEED YOUR PURCHASED WARRANTY SO THEY'RE STILL EXCLUDED FROM THE COVERAGE. I just had this happen for my weedeater. Purchased weedeater in 2016, bought 2yr warranty thru HD. HD won't cover til 2019, so go thru mfr. will take weeks to reconcile, but original mfr warranty is for 1yr. Why buy Home Depot warranty good in 2019 when mfr is only 1yr???? #Robbery #SpreadTheWord

Big Dan came to my house on a service call and found a clogged pipe in my A/C drain line! So grateful for his honesty and integrity he did a magnificent job what a pleasure experience and highly recommend Big Dan.

Stelllar experience with Dial One The service tech Emmett was great. Service was fast and detailed and they offered a stellar Maintenance program for a year. Which you can’t get anywhere else what a deal. They are our new service team.

Kerlin did a fantastic job checking out all of our plumbing for problems. I especially like the fact that Dial One doesn't use this service to upsell me. They do a legitimate thorough investigation, and when there is nothing wrong, they say, "Thank you and have a nice day!" Joseph is great! He communicated well and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired. I was kept in the loop about any schedule delays. If Joseph is available, I prefer to have him. It’s nice to see a familiar face!
