No Show... Horrible Communication.

Scheduled my appointment for Tuesday 11am-2pm "we'll call you 30mins before we arrive", 1:53pm.. still no call... Lady on phone "let me call the tech manager and ill call you back"... 2:45pm... still no call back... I call again... and request they put me on hold to get and see when the tech is coming... "he can come in maybe 1hr or so... if you just hold on he had a big job before but i think maybe he can be there 1hr, you will get a phone call 30 mins before"....

Ended up canceling the request. Maybe they do good professional work... but their communication was awful and near none. Used half a vacation day only to be strung out for 4hrs.

Called with a small problem that I thought they would have to send someone out to fix. The person answering the phone explained to me the probable issue and how to fix. No charge-- but rather a Merry Christmas from her. I have always had good experiences with the Company.

Had a recommendation for Harvey Electric. I gave them a call, they confirmed availability, we setup a time, they showed up as promised, gave suggestions and recommendations on how to best do things, got the job done, everything is working great.

We were very pleased with the work they did to install some new lights and fans around the house.

If you want a true Texan experience go with these guys. Ask for Marcus and his team. Commercial, residential..you name it. If it is still not right they will keep at it until its correct.

Did an outstanding job of repairing and upgrading the power riser on side of my house that was damaged by winter storm ice. Took care of getting city permit and coordinated getting power disconnected and reconnected by PEC. Cleaned and painted outside of service panel so that it looked like new. Did not try to plus sell for unneeded repairs. Highly recommend.

Robert came at the request of my contractor and showed up within 30 minutes. Right away he knew what the problem is, he fixed it and did not charge me anything. Anyone who owns a dock or is building one would really appreciate the value of a professional who does what Robert did. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism especially when fixing someone else's work.

This is the second time we've used the Harvey Electric. The installation crew was on time, friendly and efficient. They asked questions and verified where lights should go prior to installing. The team that came to my home completed a long overdue punch list of repairs. They rewired and reinstalled my Ring doorbell, changed light fixtures, repaired wiring for smoke detectors and decorative lights and then did a quick walk around for lightbulb changes in our ceiling which are way out of my reach.
