Marcus was kind and checked in a couple times ahead of the appointment to be sure we knew who/when to expect them.

My dog got really sick and made many spots that needed a professional to clean on my livingroom carpet and large sectional. They came out the next day and not only gave me the best price after calling around but added extra cleaner for odor for free. Definitely recommend them!

Charlton was very professional and courteous, beginning with our phone conversation during booking. He was upfront about the potential price of the services I wanted to have performed. On the day of the cleaning, he showed up on time. Together we looked at my carpeting, and I added a few services. The slight increase in cost was discussed right away, before any work was begun. The overall cost was very fair and reasonable. I do not feel that there was any sort of “bait and switch” or hidden upcharges like some other companies that I have experienced (“Oh you wanted cleaning solvents beyond just water? That’s a double charge!”). The work was very thorough and Charlton was able to get out a stain that I was very concerned about. It was bright pink nail polish, and now there’s absolutely no sign of it! 👍🏻 Overall I was very happy with the service and particularly with this company

Steam Doc cleaned my carpets and there were a lot of pee spots that we couldn’t see without the black light. They showed us with the light so we agreed to do the enzyme treatment. It’s 80.00 more. After they left I could still smell the pee. We bought the water proof carpet pad just for the reason that we have 3 dogs. So it’s not the pad. We got a black light and the stains are still there.
I sent a text message and talked to the receptionist. She let the owners know but that’s where it ends. I haven’t heard anything more. They haven’t returned my message.
I’ve used them before and they did a great job. I just want it recleaned.

I was connected with Steam Doc via HomeAdvisor. Gentleman over the phone was courteous and professional while also having a real conversation with me about what advice he had based on my situation. Nick was on time, polite and went straight to work on my carpets. He cleaned up all of his equipment and was done on time while also wishing me well on the sale of my house. I will use Steam Doc again when needed.

My technician Lloyd did a fabulous job on my tile and my carpet. Took his time and made everything sparkle. He was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use this company again and request Lloyd.

Andrew was exceptional! He came to remove a pet stain from our sectional and he decided that it would not be a good idea for him to clean our sectional due to the white color. He was worried that it would discolor the sectional. He then went out of his way and gave us suggestions to get rid of the odor and stain (which ended up working very well). Andrew's customer service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. He deserves a promotion! We will definitely recommend SteamDoc to our friends and family!

Amazing experience with Steam Doc! I can't believe the time that was spent cleaning my carpets for the price I paid. They truly went above and beyond for the value! I will never use a different carpet cleaning company!

I was very impressed with the young tech who came out. That said, however, his office gave me the wrong information and in turn gave him the wrong information. The website says they clean leather, which I have a leather sofa I need cleaned. I made sure to inform the lady who called me back to schedule the appointment it was a leather three cushion sofa. When the young man arrived after driving 1-1/2 hours he was shocked to see it was leather. Very nicely he apologized and said they do not clean leather.

I felt very bad for him because they work on commission. So the website needs to be corrected and techs should be apprised of all information so there isn’t such a waste of time and fuel.

But I would certainly recommend this company because of the concern and sincere apology of this young man. Sorry I didn’t write his name down but he is an asset to SteamDoc.

The Steamdoc cleaning team was SUPER amazing , not only did they quote me a super affordable price for carpet , but also came out and measured my tile w/ pricing , over 500sqft of tile and 5 rooms cleaned , even got all the hair off my cats favorite room with a big brush machine ! If your looking for something high quality with not rip off prices ( unlike other places ) THIS is your go to !

Needed a carpet cleaning for a move out of an apartment. Called various other places, maybe 2 others and they all has lead time of over 10 days. Called Steam Doc, they answered right away, made an appt for 5 days from the call. Andrew texted me days before the appointment letting me know that he was my technician. Perfect. He called prior to appointment, showed up on time. Did a great job, he was personable, friendly and punctual. Very happy with the service and Andrew.

Daniel answered the phone at 7:20 pm and talked for 30 min. about the best way to address cat pee on our mattress. I was so impressed by his honesty, He said he could treat it topically and get stains out but not the odor. He recommended an industrial product to get the odor out and I'll buy that and treat that first then send him photos of the mattress and our other furniture, eg area rug, chairs, etc. He will give me an estimate based on the photos. i was so impressed with his knowledge about products, but mostly that he clearly did not try to sell me on something he could not provide.

This was one of the best service providers I've worked with in years. The booking, communication, on-time arrival and the excellent and friendly service were a joy from start to finish. I will be using SteamDoc for all of my carpet and floor needs moving forward. Thank you!

I had oriental wool carpets that I have been looking for a place to clean those for several years now. I called Steam Doc thinking what could happen. Charlton and his partner were very diligent during the process. They explained the treatment in detail and brought the carpets yesterday. These are hand made carpets and paint is 100% plant based and some are white wool. They all came out perfect. I recommend them without any reservations. BTW I also asked them to clean my other carpets and pillows, all hand made and 100+ years old..

I highly recommend Steam Doc. Josh was excellent! He was on time, explained what he was going to do in detail, conscientious, very friendly and personable. I immediately trusted him and Steam Doc to do an amazing job as it brought life back into my carpet.

These guys refreshed our grout and cleaned the carpets for a house we were selling. Our house looked awesome after they were finished and ended up getting two offers over asking price the first day on the market. They were reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend!

I was happy with the job that was done by Steam Doc with my carpeting & upholstery! After having a new puppy with many accidents, I was in need of only the best...regarding chemicals, the latest equipment, & reliable people. I felt I had that with Steam Doc, who was also reasonably priced.

They were super professional and courteous during both visits and actually managed to get the cat urine scent out of our couch cushions! It took two visits but they were determined to get it right, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend. We will be using them again for other future needs.
