Great service! There was great communication throughout the entire process. Reserving a date was super easy. When they arrived, they inspected the work and explained their plan. Every step was explained as it was done. My carpets and rugs look like new. My biggest praise is that their prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. I highly recommend this company.

Very reasonably priced, quality of worked performed was above expectations ( even got pet stains out) and consent communication. My carpets were to be cleaned during the ice storm and there was constant communication. When the weather was to bad to perform the service the called promptly and rescheduled first chance they had. They made me feel like I was there number one priority. I would definitely recommend to a friend and use them again .

Everyone I spoke with within the office was very helpful. Charlotte worked with my budget and I am extremely impressed with the service Andrew Jenkins did on my carpet and tile! Recently had my entire house done for a party I’m getting ready for. I had several area stains. I have 4 kids including a toddler so there are lots of accidents. One such stain was actually mine and the main reason to call on steam docs. I spilt a glass of red wine! I did the best I could but needed a professional to try and remove the rest. To my surprise I have no visible stain and my carpets look new!
The service was great. The owner came by and I received an alert via text that he and the tech were in route. They looked over my areas of concern started treatment and went right to work. Also the house smells great! The cleaning solution is superior to other carpet company’s. I’ve tried at least 5 and I can’t remember one that left my home smelling fresh but not over done. I’m not one who like over powering fragrance. They also provide tile cleaning that I plan on trying soon. All and all great service start to finish!

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Daniel over the phone, and I was very glad it was all set up in such short notice (I had to surrender the property I was renting before NYE). Daniel and Wade came in and did a fantastic job with the carpets. They were very mindful about COVID protocols as well, and overall I couldn't be happier with the service they delivered: professional, responsible, kind and at a reasonable price.

Steam Doc has done a good job of cleaning carpet in our home. Andrew the technician was so thorough in his work. He has done an excellent job in removing the stain on my carpet. The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean. THANKYOU ANDREW.

I was dealing with some water intrusion from outside. I went through all the steps to dry out my room and pull my carpet up. I needed to have my carpets
re-stretched and some tack strip replaced. Steam Doc replied to my request and estimated a very fair price for the service.
After their work, my carpet looks good as new, the guy who worked on my place was really friendly and professional.
I’m an happy customer and I’ll definitely call them next time I want my carpet cleaned. Their work was better than a different company I tried.

The grout before we had was dirty and would not come clean no matter what chemicals we used. SteamDoc came out and cleaned the grout in a couple of hours. They were professional, friendly and on time. The work they performed made out tile look great and clean! We will definitely use them again for any floor cleaning.

SteamDoc did an excellent job on my carpets and grout cleaning and sealing. Andrew and Charlotte were very professional. So was Paula who came by to give us an estimate. There was a scheduling issue where we kept getting pushed back which is why I couldn't give them 5 stars, but otherwise they were great and I would consider using them again. Hopefully no scheduling issues next time.

I called Steam Doc after reading their great reviews, I spoke with Sarah Lee who was so nice and helpful! They sent James out who did a fabulous job! Our carpets look great, just in time for the holidays! They were quick, professional and there were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

My wife called in and spoke with the owner when she scheduled to have the carpet cleaned at our rent house and was very impressed with the friendly interaction. The techs that came to the house to clean were very professional and polite and were there prior to the time that was scheduled, which goes a long ways with me. They got in and out and did a great job treating and cleaning the carpet. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Even the automated service with updates on the appointment was a great touch and very helpful.

Wade came today and cleaned 10 areas. He did an amazing job bringing our 14 year old carpet back to life. It smells terrific too! Wade and his supervisor Daniel were on time and very professional. Wade worked very quickly and throughly and Daniel gave me a estimate for cleaning all my tile floors on the next visit.I’m very satisfied with the job they did! The office staff are very friendly and responsive. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with SteamDoc. They cleaned and re-sealed the tile floors and shower walls and cleaned the carpet. The tile and carpet came out looking so much better! The crew and staff were very nice and easy to work with, I will use them again when needed in the future.

Andrew was my SteamDoc technician, and he absolutely went above and beyond to address all my issues. He was extremely patient and listened to my concerns. He was very smart and detail-oriented as we walked through the home. The job entailed both downstairs and upstairs. My appointment was on a late afternoon on a holiday week, and this caused Andrew to have to stay until about 6:30pm to finish. He definitely tackled the job well and did not take short cuts or rush to finish. I am very pleased with his job performance and results, and the next time I need my carpets cleaned, I am specifically asking for him.

Also wanted to mention, Charlton was quick and efficient to provide me further detailed documentation that I needed shortly thereafter.

You won't be disappointed with their services and customer service.

Very pleased with our recent service from Steam Doc. Found them on Angie’s List. They had very good reviews, but didn’t know what to expect. Andrew cleaned our upstairs carpets and did an excellent job.
The prices are good and the service is great. Steam Doc accommodated my schedule and came quickly. Andrew arrived promptly and was very friendly, professional and efficient.
Highly recommend— will be using their services again.

Absolutely wonderful service. My floors look amazing. The difference is like night and day. They are so clean they sparkle. Wade was wonderful. So polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Steam Doc and Wade for any cleaning. I will definitely use them again for my furniture.

After spending so much time indoors during quarantine our carpets were in BAD shape. Now that my twin boys are crawling we knew we needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. My friend recommended this company and I am so glad he did! Josh did an AMAZING job. Our carpet is several shades lighter 😅 Josh also did an amazing job getting the stains out of my 7 year olds room. I was very impressed! I would definitely recommend them.

Had SteamDoc come out to my house to clean my carpets. The next day there were huge round brown stains all over my carpet. They did come back and try to fix the stains that they caused, but just made the stains so much worse. I have left numerous messages and they will not return my phone calls. I would not recommend this company at all!!

This was our 2nd time using their service, and we were extremely happy about the result. They are very professional about everything: phone consulting, scheduling, sending photos of results & involving etc. Especially Junior, a technician who came to work on our house, was very polite and worked really hard. Wade is a true professional. Showed up on time, got right to work. Cleaned four rooms a hallway and stairs in under two hours. I was very impressed with how well the carpet looked.
