I recently switched to Maid Pro after disappointment with my current cleaning service. The call center makes you feel like it’s a big corporation but it is actually a locally owned franchise. The call center is not my favorite but there is always someone to answer who can take care of the reason for my call so there is no phone tag. The important part is they do a great job. They take their time and clean very thoroughly. They spent twice the time cleaning for about $25 more than I was paying. They cleaned corners, baseboards, shelves, blinds and ceiling fans. I have been very happy with their service. They screen and train their employees well. Everyone speaks English and they are friendly yet professional. And you get the same great work out of each person. Diana Rivera was here this week and she did a great job. She was also very comfortable and sweet with my dog who is very shy and timid. If you are not satisfied with your current house cleaning service, give them a try!

Somehow they found a way to delete my previous review. The two people they sent to clean our house we're very late to start with. We did not receive a phone call from anybody to notify us if they would be late. This was literally the worst cleaning I have ever paid for. One of the people providing the service was extremely rude. I asked her to come take a look at the bathroom because it was still dirty and she rolled her eyes at me and said she knew it was still dirty and would go back and clean it although she never did. They did not do even half of the things on their 49 point service list. We paid for a 7-hour cleaning and they were there for 3 hours or so. I was very clear from the get-go what we needed because we were preparing our house to sell and needed a thorough and deep cleaning. They left dust rings around everything because they didn't move anything. None of the bedrooms were dusted at all. Ceiling fans weren't cleaned and my living room was not even vacuumed. I had to ask them to come back and do it as they were leaving. My three preteen children can and did clean better than they did. So if you want to hire a service that will force you to have to deep clean your house even though you paid for it, these are the guys to hire. Awful service and quality all the way around.

Allison arrived early and fully prepared to get to work. She was kind and thoughtful as she cleaned our home. She arranged my daughter's stacks of stuffed animals. She left dog treats for my pups who were outside. She asked me for feedback to make sure I was happy with the progress. Another gal, Kassandra, joined her - I am sure she was great too - I didn't interact with her. But I came home to a sparkling clean home. I am thrilled. Thank you MaidPro!

I've been wanting someone to come clean my house for forever and hate making appointments. I finally got someone to come do my house for the first time and it was terrible and expensive and took way too long. it took me ages to come around to hiring someone else. Then my friend set me up with an appointment for maidpro and they made everything so so easy. Great communication, easy to set up appointments, the cleaners are so friendly and lovely. I had Jade and Autumn come by and they did a fantastic job in 1/5 of the time than the other company i used and they did a much better job. They did lots of really cute touches like leaving dog treats and setting up stuffed animals on the beds they made. 10/10 will continue to use them as long as i can afford it!

I have been working with MaidPro in Leander for over a year now. Very reliable, punctual and responsive - and most important - great at what they do. Their pros do a great job of cleaning the house, and many a times I don't even realize they're there (they're that efficient). Today we had Trinity and DJ and they really waived a magic wand over our house and left is sparkling in about two hours. Highly recommend them!

Made Pro was amazing. I had never use them before, but I just felt at peace from the moment that they stepped into my house to the moment they left and I wished I had known about them earlier and my house smells and looks amazing and they were so fast, amazingly efficient and worked well together as a team. They are amazing personalities, and very collaborative!

Very thorough cleaning done by two very nice young ladies. It is a pleasure for me to welcome them into my home for once a month cleaning. They do the hard stuff like the floors and bathrooms. I only pick up and do very little cleaning during the month since I am by myself except for my cat. I would highly recommend this very professional cleaning service.

My first experience with this company was amazing! They customized my clean and asked details about my home, my pets, my allergies and my preferences. Pam had a hard time getting a hold of me the day before my clean(work schedule), but she made time for me at 8:30pm. I was impressed and appreciative of her efforts. I was also added to their schedule very last minute and when I came home it was a relief that I didn't have to clean and I could just be home after a 12 hour day.

Bought a house with it being professionally cleaned by MaidPro. Date cleaned was 8/14 and purchased date was 9/20.

I understand dirty floors, but the window sills, blinds, built in shelves, and refrigerator was disgusting.

For it being a fully renovated home, it should’ve been pretty easy to wipe down.

MaidPro has been doing our cleaning for a little over a month now, and we are so happy with the work Natalia, Carole, and Jaidenn have done. I've done my own cleaning for the last 25 years, so it's been such a please to come home after a long day to a clean house each week and have some free time.

The first time deep cleaning is pretty good and there is a pro to check the 49-check points list.
The second time regular cleaning made me super angry! The actual working hour is only 45mins*2, ignored tons of details of checklist and no one checked after that.
More terribly, the admins said that there is a device to track they stayed my house 2.5*2 hours.
I did see they stay outside my house in the car for a while but definitely no more than 1 hour in total. (not sure how long they stayed in the care before they knocked my door.)
I paid 2*2 hours eventually, because they got feedback my house needs 4 hours only.

So I cancelled the following appointments, (kindly no charge).
Take care of the actual working hours, however recommend to those who is not cost sensitive.

As a realtor, I always need excellent professionals I can refer to both my buyers and sellers. I can highly recommend Maid Pros for all move out cleaning services. Ricardo is wonderful to work with for scheduling and billing and Carina, Alejandra and Milagros did a fantastic job for my clients! Great customer service as well as reliable, thorough house cleaners makes it easy to give two thumbs up and five stars. Grateful I found them!

Very happy with the service from MaidPro for a deep clean of my house. The team was quick and efficient and communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely have them back in the future.

Update: used the team again in March of 24 and Izabella and Shannon did an excellent job! I was again impressed with the team’s communication and the thorough cleaning that was done.

Have used Destiny and Jetcy in our forever home and more recently in our apartment living. They did an amazing job at both places. They did so well that we are looking at getting a bi-weekly service through Maidpro. Definitely the best choice I've made using this service. Thanks again for everything your team did.

I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service on a regular basis, but I took a chance. This was my second visit, and I'm happy with the decision i made. MaidPro professionals, Kayla and Destiny, are very kind and hard working. They listen to what I need and get straight to work. I realize that I pay for the service, but there is something about their quality of work that leads me to believe they strive to do an exceptional job. Appreciate it very much.
