I guess they deleted my comment. But this place is a worst!! They didnt speak english they refused to dust after me specifically asking for that on the phone. They lied about cleaning my bathrooms and she refused to vacuum or mop! This is suppose to be a cleaning service! Would NEVER call back!

I have taken this service multiple times.

Looks like the management/ company has changed. I’m a regular customer & I can notice the sudden dip in their quality & service.
Last time and this time, the cleaning was average. I was told they will charge extra for cleaning than the standard cleaning due to the dishes. I felt it’s unfair. The management has changed and so has the quality of service which is going down the drain.

Till today I had no complaints, but this is bad service quality … disappointed and hence I’m giving one star

Have used their services for a little over 2 months now and I have to say It gets better each time. They are open to constructive criticism and changing things. They have lighten my load significantly and I can't express how nice it is to come home from work and the house feel refreshed. I use them every 2 weeks and it's the perfect refresh for the house.

We have been using this service for about 6 months. Our first appointment was a deep clean and then we have reoccurring cleanings. Every single time they come the cleaning is perfect. They are also always reliable and show up on the designated day. We have had issues with other maid services cancelling last minute and inconsistency in cleaning. They are extremely professional, encourage feedback and detailed. We feel very lucky to have found them and so appreciate them
