The communication between the office and I was incredible. Anthony comes out for basic mow and leaves my property clean, edged and no mess behind. Its a professional job. I look forward to redoing my whole yard in the future and want him to be the main guy!!

I'm very happy how Megan handled my problem the person who came to do the yard was great he was here and did everything that was to be done now blow trim Megan was really great understand my problem she had it fixed I will see how the next service will be

Same as other post. My service was rescheduled multiple times and multiple crews in one month period. The crews all started very responsive and eventually just faded and not responding. I think the idea of using an app is great ! However, this lacks the ability to rate crews and provide feedback. So there is definitely a lack of accountability here. If you happen to be matched with a responsive crew, consider yourself the lucky one.

8, 2021 update. Giving the review an upgrade. Joey and Kat patiently worked with me on rescheduling. Finally got our first service done. Will see how well we can keep the service on time.

Mowing aspect was done well, but forget trying to have a consistent schedule. Requesting additional services fell short for me though they are marketed well on the app, getting crews to come when they say they will has been a problem. Hung in there for a year and had to cancel are services due to a lack of consistency and poor communication.

No one calls or shows up!! Terrible customer service!!

Don't waste your time! Rescheduled everyday for a week. Now I have two foot tall weeds.

If I could give zero I would never received service for rescheduled. Wrote the guy no response and still never showed

Terrible service....I just signed up and they committed to showing up on Friday to cut.... they didn’t. Nor Saturday Sunday or Monday - now I get an email saying they are canceling it because they cannot find any crews to do it.... but they did send someone out on Saturday to try to sell me on all their other services so as tree trimming, shrubs, mulch, aeration.....the other reviews about them being undependable are correct.

My parents and and I both just started using LawnStarter. They cancelled twice on my parent's first visit. They cancelled twice (and counting) on our second visit. We tried calling to figure out what's going on. We get put on hold and eventually the call is dropped with no call back. Then we tried calling as a new customer and someone picked up within a few seconds. Of course they couldn't help us out at all though. Ridiculous service.
