We had problems with our brand new furnace and Hector was quick to come out on the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to determine the reason why our furnace wasn’t working and was honest about our system still being under warranty and recommended reaching out to the builder first, to prevent our warranty from being voided. Wonderful, inexpensive service. Two angle stops and a new toilet. 50% less than quoted by another company. I’ll miss the 40 year old toilet, but it was old and wax ring was breaking down.

I have used this company twice recently and have been thoroughly impressed. The first time, they replaced my leaking water heater just in time for an incoming cold front, they were incredibly responsive and got me an appointment for the very next day.
​Most recently, Zach came out to investigate a sewage smell in a closet. After checking the whole house, he honestly suggested we wait and see if it was just a dry p-trap in an unused tub rather than charging for unnecessary repairs. They are prompt, honest, and very easy to communicate with over the phone and text. Highly recommend!

I called to have a new toilet installed. I had some extra instructions about grout and what not. Tim was on time, came in did the job plus what I asked him to. He was very efficient, and neat. Everything was left in great condition and now with a new toilet.

Our attic water heater burst at 7:30pm, and they were available to take our call and got us in at 8am the very next morning. Efren and Danny showed up right on time and gave us several very reasonably priced repair options (including optional fail-safes to make sure this wouldn't catch us off guard next time). They had the water heater replaced and everything cleaned up in just a few hours, and the installation was tidy and professional. They were super polite, friendly, and clearly explained all the necessary maintenance. 100% recommend this company.

Had an issue with my sink in the upstairs master bathroom dual sink vanity and after seeing water fill the sink without anyone even using it, decided it was time to find a plumber. After some searching and investigating across the internet, I sent out a message to a few well-rated local plumbing companies. Out of everyone, Proven Plumbing was the most organized and simple to schedule with! Sent a message Wednesday night, easily scheduled through messaging on Yelp on Thursday, and had technicians out at my house today (Friday). Enrique and Manny arrived within the window of time I had requested as per the appointment and I really appreciated that there was a text sent as a heads up with a link to an ETA. The guys took a look at the sink and was able to quickly diagnose what was causing the clogging and water back flow. Gave me a quick explanation and didn’t mind that I asked more questions for my own knowledge and future maintenance. The quoted price was reasonable to us so they started working on it once they got permission. Ended up being a bit cheaper which I certainly don’t have a problem with! They also made sure to everything was cleaned up before heading out which is highly appreciated. Even asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving and was able to get me a final answer on a shower issue we’ve been having! Definitely would contact these guys again if any future issues arise! Enrique and Manny were fantastic and I’m glad everything was cleared up so fast.
