I did do this review twice just because it popped up under my other email name, but Wade was spectacular. I have used Wade once before and I kind of thought I did but it was 100% sure until he showed up and I cannot be more happy as always with the work that I got done both times it was spectacular service

Big Guys Restoration were exactly the type of company I was looking for. They were honest with their inspections, work, and pricing. The build back cost was more than I expected and went with another company. That was a personal preference, nothing against BGR. You get what you pay for…so I'm sure they would've done a great job on the build back.

A big thank you to Big Guys Restoration & Flooring! They helped us begin the healing process for our home & our family. Brandon & Freddy were fantastic from start to finish. They worked tirelessly with a good eye for detail and treated our house and belongings with respect. Whenever I had a question, they were immediately responsive, knowledgeable & professional and made me feel like we were in good hands during an extremely stressful situation.They hung in there when things got hard & we are grateful. Wade and his partner cleaned and sealed my tile floor. My floors look amazing! They responded to my inquiry quickly, they were able to schedule my cleaning in a few days. They communicated with me, arrived on time and they went above and beyond. Highly Recommended!

My dog ate something she wasn’t supposed to eat. I woke up to a horrible smell and mess on my carpet. I spoke with one of the owners and We chatted about non-carpet things for a while after I made the decisions on what services I wanted. Andrew the technician showed up super sweet fella. I broke my back multiple times and when I went to move things that I left in the way. He Was quick to offer to help. I’ve had so many times were the carpet looks fantastic when it’s wet. But once it dries you’re like oh what happened. This was not the case with his service. My carpets dry and looks fantastic. And that’s a hard thing to do considering it’s 28 years old. I highly recommend this company. And thank them for doing such a fantastic job and being so kind.

Another company did floor tile repair work in our home and did not setup any containment or furniture protection. When they finished they left the job with zero cleanup and our interior was covered in tile dust and fragments making it difficult to even breathe. Brandon and his crew from Big Guys Restoration came at the exact scheduled time, assessed the condition and determined that we would need air scrubbers to remove the fine dust... completely cleaned every surface including four expensive leather sofas and chairs and cleaned HVAC ducts. This was a dirty job that they did with professionalism, great communication and JOY! We highly recommend Big Guys Restoration and Flooring, Brandon and his crew and the management of the company for providing excellent service.

Just all around happy with Big Guys. We had a very bad experience with another flooring company and BG came to look it all over and help us verify all was okay. So we stuck with them and got all pur floors done through them. Paula I great. The flooring crew (Rudy and them) were awesome. We are so happy with our floors and getting our house back to "normal". We will absolutely call them if we ever need their services again.

Steamdoc provided an incredible service from start to finish. I was very impressed with the lady who scheduled our appointment. She was able to provide answers all my questions.
Andrew Jenkins did an excellent job with tile and grout cleaning. My tile and grout looks brand new. I will definitely recommend these folks if you are looking for getting the grout cleaning done.

We are very satisfied with the carpet cleaning and pet stain treatment they provided. The guy that provided the service was very thorough and seemed to have gone above and beyond in doing his job! He was pleasant and respectful. This is our second time using this company for carpet cleaning services and they outdid themselves from our last great experience! Huge thank you to Big Guys Restoration & Flooring/Steam Doc for doing such a great job on my carpets today. Brandon O. was on time and worked VERY hard to make sure my carpets (with pet stains) were clean by the time he left. I have had my carpets cleaned by various other companies over the the years - will definitely keep calling Steam Doc for my future cleanings. There was absolutely NO upselling, hidden charges, etc. and Brandon worked longer and harder than anyone else. Highly recommend Brandon and this company!!

Hiring Big Guy Restoration to insulate my attic was definitely a good call. Their price was very reasonable and competitive. Wade was very courteous, professional and hardworking, even after two days crawling around a hot attic. When the job was done he even swept up the floor. I have no issues recommending them.

We had some major water damage in our living room. They basically came over within hours of the call and started working. They were polite, courteous, and hardworking. I really like how they set up plastic to keep the dust in and kept it up throughout the entire renovation process

This is my first of certainly many GREAT reviews for Big Guys Restoration. Rudy took my worn carpet that was wavy from wear and made it look brand new! This company is very professional and kind and upfront with prices. They are coming back next week to clean the carpet and I'm certain I will write another 5 star review.
