These guys have been doing my lawn maintenance for years and I cannot recommend them enough! I love hearing the machines outside because I know my yard is about to look great! Very reasonable in price as well!

I was very pleased with Mario’s work today. His crew did a really good job trimming my shrubs and mulching my flower beds. They completed the job in just a few hours.

I love using Lawn Starter, it makes taking care of my lawn (and keeping my HOA happy) super easy. The app is pretty easy to use, it's very affordable, and Rosalio, who takes care of my lawn always does a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible service....I just signed up and they committed to showing up on Friday to cut.... they didn’t. Nor Saturday Sunday or Monday - now I get an email saying they are canceling it because they cannot find any crews to do it.... but they did send someone out on Saturday to try to sell me on all their other services so as tree trimming, shrubs, mulch, aeration.....the other reviews about them being undependable are correct.

My parents and and I both just started using LawnStarter. They cancelled twice on my parent's first visit. They cancelled twice (and counting) on our second visit. We tried calling to figure out what's going on. We get put on hold and eventually the call is dropped with no call back. Then we tried calling as a new customer and someone picked up within a few seconds. Of course they couldn't help us out at all though. Ridiculous service.

I am relieved to see I wasn’t the only one who stumbled to the mess of a business that is LawnStarter and came out confused and upset over what’s happening with those guys. Although I do feel bad they had to experience it alongside me.

We set up service, and needed it done within a week. They kept changing the date, and then missing said dates, with no communication. The crew assigned to our lawn never responded to an messages, and the one time I called the office they vaguely promised a future date.

It’s wild. I’m not even mad. I’m just confused. What is happening there? What’s wrong with you guys?

Promises are never met. Always reschedules and finally gives some reason for not servicing. I cancelled the entire contract within a month.

Lawn Starter assigned 3 service providers but none of them showed up. Finally I had to cancel before even a single service. Though App idea is excellent but I wish App does mowing :) . Great example that technology can not alone work without great people .

Hired this company over a year ago to take care of our lawn and they have been the most unreliable and irresponsible since the end of May 2021. Their crews scheduled have just “not showed up” and we would only be notified of the no shows later. Our service would be delayed and canceled… while our lawn just continued to grow. When we called to discuss the delays and issues, LawnStarter customer service said they would waive any extra fees for the next cut. When a crew finally showed up, they did not cut our grass- but instead took pictures of our lawn and sent us a quote for a much higher amount. In the meantime, our sweet neighbors have been complaining and disturbed by our lawn. This is unprofessional and embarrassing. As a lawn service, there must be more faithfulness and accountability in the service we have signed up for… or at the very least, a back-up crew if the main crew can’t make it.

UPDATE 7/18- called the company and still no improvement. Multiple conversations and complaints later, the only thing we can consistently count on is that the crews that are assigned to mow our yard WILL cancel. Just received a message from the crew that was supposed to come today, rescheduling due to “inclement weather”. It’s been partially cloudy and in the 80s all day! At the time of this update, this company has “rescheduled”/ reneged on their commitment for almost 2 months.
Save your money. You can do better. LawnStarter obviously can’t.
