Same as other post. My service was rescheduled multiple times and multiple crews in one month period. The crews all started very responsive and eventually just faded and not responding. I think the idea of using an app is great ! However, this lacks the ability to rate crews and provide feedback. So there is definitely a lack of accountability here. If you happen to be matched with a responsive crew, consider yourself the lucky one.

8, 2021 update. Giving the review an upgrade. Joey and Kat patiently worked with me on rescheduling. Finally got our first service done. Will see how well we can keep the service on time.

Mowing aspect was done well, but forget trying to have a consistent schedule. Requesting additional services fell short for me though they are marketed well on the app, getting crews to come when they say they will has been a problem. Hung in there for a year and had to cancel are services due to a lack of consistency and poor communication.

Juan always does a great job. No hassles with LawnStarter. Juan always shows up when scheduled and has always done an outstanding job.

I have two large dogs who take just a couple of hours to lay down a few land minds in the backyard and Juan has never once complained even though I'm sure he's taken at least a little shrapnel one or twice.

Would highly recommend.

It’s been a horrible experience thus far. I’ve only used them one time. For my 2nd time I got a message from Cesar my lawn crew letting me know they wouldn’t come Tuesday or Wednesday because there was inclement weather. What inclement weather?! I sent him a message letting him know there wasn’t any inclement weather and he needed to be here and come by Wednesday. He said he would stop by Wednesday to take care of the lawn. Wednesday came around and he never showed up. I messaged him and he gave me the excuse that he could not get to my lawn so I was first on his list for Thursday morning. Guess what?? Thursday came around and he never showed up. I messaged him again letting him know he screwed up and I would contact the office. Well, he could care less literally, didn’t apologize or message back. He was replaced with another crew and that crew was suppose to come out Friday or Today Monday 5/27/19 (Memorial Day) guess what? No one showed up again! It’s been 3 weeks my Lawn hasn’t been taken care of and no one at Lawn Starter seems to care or do anything about this. What’s going on? Is this how you treat new customers. I am looking for someone else as we speak. This is horrible customer service and as soon as I can find someone reliable and consistent I’ll be gone and never using you all again. Pathetic and disappointing.

Don’t click anything on their website - RELENTLESS and keep saying I have services scheduled despite never signing up , STILL saying I’m signed up.

I was in a great need for a lawn service because my the man I was using want on vacation and needed some help iam handicap I got online and found LawnsStarter and it wasn't hard to get some good help they called me and ask if they could come a day early witch was good for me and what a great job they did it looks so good I have had so many people stopped and till me how nice it looked Alex and has man did a great job thank you very much

Ahmir arrived with full staff and equipment to perform lawn service. He was friendly and responded to all questions about service. His group was knowledgeable and completed the work to satisfaction.
