They were easy to schedule. Diagnosed the issue with our very old dishwasher quickly. Ordered the necessary replacement parts and had us back up and going in just a few days. Tech was professional and very polite.

Our fridge stopped working. Excellence hvac came out same day and found the issue. Part had to be ordered, but it came in next day. 24 hours later and we’re fixed and running again. Very personable. Good price.

Oleg was very helpful and fixed our drier within an hour at a reasonable price, we will be repeat customers!

What a great experience! I called around 10am to have my washer & dishwasher looked at and got an appointment that day between 2 - 4. Oleg arrived right after 2 and I received a text before with his photo which I always appreciate. After explaining the issues, he told me what he thought the problems were & if it was what he expected, how much those repairs cost. He was spot on & the cost was exactly what he stated. He worked quickly, was extremely professional, & was careful to keep the work areas clean. I will definitely call them again for any future needs & give them a high recommendation.

Best service ever! Easy to schedule, great service and a great price for the repair.

Vasyl and Yan were amazing. They fixed the issue with our oven and gave us some laughs along the way. Would love to have them back here for any other appliance issues. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Vasyl did an excellent job repairing our dryer. He really did a terrific job. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Extremely efficient and professional. Showed up and diagnosed my washer I like 10 min. Had a part ordered that afternoon. Came on Saturday and installed. Use this guy if you need repairs!!

Oleg handled a crazy weird problem with a Samsung FlexWash. Ended up being a board and a WiFi module. Took ownership of the problem and settled it. Because it was hard it took return trips, no additional charges, they stood up to the original estimate on a hard repair, that’s how you know if the place is straight. Based on discussion with Samsung’s service provider this was 50-60% of what they would have charged for a normal repair, god knows how much for returns with parts. This is the flagship model so it’s a beast with two washing machines in one package and it was an early model which caused issues with a dryer repair by others years ago. I do not recommend Samsung FlexWash but I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair.

Oleg was very quick and helpful. My fridge/freezer stopped working and he fixed the issue same day.

When I first contacted Excellence Appliance repair for my LG dryer, I immediately received a text with an appointment option for the next day. Oleksandr arrived on time. He was polite and went right to work. He identified two problems. He had to order a part, so he thoughtfully put the dryer back together. When the part arrived, he texted me a appointment time and again arrived promptly. He left the area clean and tidy. I’m happy to have my dryer working properly again. Thank you!

Oleg was awesome. He was polite, efficient, and he got the job done! I’ve never known oven repair could be so satisfying.
