Brent Bradley was my fantastic and very knowledgeable technician. I was about 10 minutes late, but he patiently waited for me. Once I arrived, he told me what he would be doing and why. He inspected the heating unit carefully and thoroughly taking pics as he went. He patiently answered every question I had about the heating unit - even some about the a c.
He gave me tips on keeping the unit running at an optimum level. Would definitely recommend One Hour to look after all your heating / ac needs. You will also be extremely satisfied if Brent Bradley is your technician!

Jacobi, a service technician, came to my house to do an A/C service check up. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Kind. I got a phone call from Rick the owner saying he would like to make it right. I really do appreciate that because this means this company cares about their clients. We are July 25,2025 today .We are scheduled for July 30, 2025 for them to put the ballistic back in this is the light that kills the bacteria from the system. As a Military family we really appreciate One Hour heating and Air conditioning make this right! This is why I am updating the review.

Our air conditioning was not cooling On June 19, 2025 . I called One hour heating and Air conditioning of Cedar Park, Texas. Our technician was Jacobi Holiday. About thirty minutes before technician arrived the air conditioning started to work . I had turned off everything and restarted it back up. The technician was nice and said our air conditioner was in working order. What I am complaining about is he took off the whole light that kills the bacteria because we didn’t have a light in there and took it with him after I had told him to put it all back. I called his supervisor the next morning and Jacobi as well. The technician said he didn’t know that I wanted it left there. Why would you remove something that you didn’t put in . I requested that the light ballast system be put back and the supervisor gave me this whole speech about no he didn’t take it with him but he did. Jacobi the technician told me he didn’t when I spoke to him. He had no right to. We are NOT happy with this company. I suggest do not use them. I know do not have the light system that came with my air conditioner that kills bacteria.. It was stolen by the technician. They wanted us to prepare the ballast that kills bacteria with the light, but we did not have the money then and then they came back and told us oh we can’t do your system next week because we’re not gonna be able to you would have to do it Saturday. I said well we’re a military family right now. We don’t have the funds. Give us a week. I never thought that a technician would be stealing our ballast with the light that kills bacteria.

Our AC just stopped working late in the afternoon on a Friday and I thought we were going to be stuck without AC for a day at the absolute minimum with temps in the upper 90's. I called four places with late Saturday was the best I could expect. I called One Hour and was told they could have someone over in about 90 minutes. Coby actually arrived in a little less than an hour. He was polite, professional, friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything that was wrong and pointing out some other things that we would probably have to deal with in the near future. There was no high pressure, he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need and showed me what everything was, the specs on the items showing failure or fatigue, etc. I approved the proposed job and Coby was just as thorough in his repairs as he was in his explanations. He got our AC back up and running, did a complete diagnostic and was finished in under two hours. I can't recommend One Hour or Coby highly enough, they're truly outstanding.

Jacobi and Joshua are top notch professionals. There should be a six star option for this company. Lightning fast response, extremely reasonable pricing and complete transparency and integrity.

This was a service to repair what they didn’t repair the day before. The technician the day before it came out and spent 4 to 5 our going through everything and assured me he had checked everything. Told me my unit was working and no more leaks and I could move my furniture back. I had Guest in town for the weekend and went into the room this morning to set it back up. And the AC unit was leaking and water through the sheet rock on the ceiling which I didn’t have before. The technician they sent out told me that he’s actually the trainer and that evidently the person they sent out needed more training. They didn’t charge for the second service call where this technician found the cracked pipe that was causing The water leak. He pointed out a few other issues, but the water leakage was due to the cracked secondary drain. He left me with the understanding May be some remediation done for the sheetrock and the moisture. I spoke later with their main service representative and all I did was argue with me and said that they weren’t responsible for how my unit was put together.They weren’t responsible to find everything that was wrong with the unit In defense of the first 4 to 5 hour visit of the first technician. I shared with him the comments of the second technician and he said that I must’ve misunderstood him and completely Put off whatever I had to say.. This is the second visit to my home and I had really liked them until this last experience. But you have management but doesn’t accept responsibility and blows off what his technician say or do as not the responsibility and there’s no accountability.. I will no longer refer the business (i am a realtor) I had shared theirinformation as a referral to Community Website and I’m taking it down tomorrow and I’m gonna share my experience there. I also sent their information out My realtor Network and I’m gonna take it down as well and share my experience there. And again he completely blew off responsibility to found the problem the first time and I pointed out to him that if he ever wants to buy a house, he needs to use me and I’ll show him what being detailed is all about and what Customer Service is all about.
