One of the WORST carpet cleaning companies I’ve ever had to work with and I’m a property manager that’s been working with carpet cleaners for over a decade!
They change the arrival time, denied that they did, promise to call you 30 minutes ahead, then argue even though they did.
Bait & switch with “we can’t do what you booked if we can’t upsell you more services” and when I called asking for a supervisor, I was told they will call me back, never did, when I called to ask why I didn’t get the call back, they just hung up on me!
Avoid at ALL costs!

I requested them to clean the bathroom carpet after witnessing the amazing revamp they did on the kitchen carpet and grout. The carpet now appears as good as new, they even succeeded in eliminating a large red wine stain on the living room carpet.
