They took special care with two wool carpets—one was a big area rug in our dining room, and the other was a wool wall-to-wall carpet in the media room. They also cleaned our stairs, hallway, master bedroom, guest room, and family room. The team was professional, kept us informed, and shared helpful tips on how to keep our carpets looking their best in the Texas heat. Previously, I also used their carpet repair service. I reached out about some damage at a doorway, and they responded quickly with a fair quote. Frederick arrived right on time and fixed the spot where my cat had scratched up the carpet.
