Worth the cost, great service. I needed all my windows cleaned on my two story house for a dinner party I was hosting. They were very professional and good communicators. I’m now on their 6 month plan, looking forward to seeing them again.

Carl and Tyson showed up on time and went straight to work. The team was professional and efficient, cleaning both the inside and outside of my windows to a spotless shine. I had an amazing experience with Alta and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Scheduling was super easy, and they arrived right on time—actually a few minutes early, which I appreciated.

The team was incredibly friendly and respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers, moved carefully around furniture, and made sure nothing was left out of place. Most importantly, the windows have never looked this good. Crystal clear—like they weren’t even there. They even cleaned the screens and sills, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail. There were a few hard water stains I thought were permanent, but they got them out completely. I could tell they truly cared about the quality of their work.

If you’re looking for a window cleaning service that’s reliable, professional, and delivers top-tier results, this is it. Will definitely be using them again!

I did not have a good experience with this window cleaning service and do not recommend them.

I paid for a service that included cleaning both the windows and the screens. After the service, I noticed a damaged screen and reached out. Instead of acknowledging the concern, the response implied that I was trying to get something for free, which was disappointing and unnecessary.

I was then told that their team did not clean that particular screen—something that was never communicated to me while they were onsite. Even though it was acknowledged that their team should have informed me, the damage itself was not mentioned during the visit, and I was still asked to pay an additional $25.

This raises several concerns:
• Part of the service I paid for was not completed
• The damaged screen was not disclosed at the time of service
• Responsibility was deflected rather than addressed

The issue here is not about getting something for free—it’s about transparency, accountability, and communication.

At this point, we will not be proceeding with this company and do not recommend their services. The way this was handled felt petty and unprofessional, and it’s not how customer concerns should be addressed.

The experience I had was amazing when the technicians came out to clean my windows they were explaining to me what defective window seals would look like and the process they use to clean the windows. I didn’t think the windows were that dirty but after they finished cleaning the windows look almost brand new.

The EDGE team arrived on time and did a wonderful job on our windows. They are very reasonable and I appreciate the pro-active texts to see if we are ready for a repeat service, as well as the communication on arrival times and wrap up of the service. Highly recommend!
