Zach was professional, considerate, and efficient while being very fair with pricing compared to other quotes! They were considerate of floors, furniture, and family while doing the inside windows. I e had many window cleaning services since 6/94 and will have them become my “go-to” for my crystal clear windows…thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻

Tyson and Zach were my window cleaners. They cleaned my inside and outside of house. The last storm really messed up my windows, esp. my screens. They cleaned them and made them look brand new. I was so impressed with their professionalism and kindness I signed up for their bi-annual cleaning plan after I saw their results. You will love them!

Zach and Troy were a delight to work with. They adjusted their schedules to fit mine and were prompt, extremely detail oriented and did an outstanding job cleaning my windows and screens . We just used their window cleaning service. They were on time and did a phenomenal job with cleaning our windows. Tyson and Zach are both very professional and detailed. I would certainly recommend their service. Their booking, billing and payment is also convenient as they use text messages for communication and you can pay online.

These guys did an amazing job! I always thought I kept my windows pretty clean but it was night and day difference when I got them done professionally! They were friendly, clean, and very reasonably priced! I would recommend you try their services if you can! You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience with Alta and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Scheduling was super easy, and they arrived right on time—actually a few minutes early, which I appreciated.

The team was incredibly friendly and respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers, moved carefully around furniture, and made sure nothing was left out of place. Most importantly, the windows have never looked this good. Crystal clear—like they weren’t even there. They even cleaned the screens and sills, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail. There were a few hard water stains I thought were permanent, but they got them out completely. I could tell they truly cared about the quality of their work.

I paid for a service that included cleaning both the windows and the screens. After the service, I noticed a damaged screen and reached out. Instead of acknowledging the concern, the response implied that I was trying to get something for free, which was disappointing and unnecessary.

I was then told that their team did not clean that particular screen—something that was never communicated to me while they were onsite. Even though it was acknowledged that their team should have informed me, the damage itself was not mentioned during the visit, and I was still asked to pay an additional $25.

This raises several concerns:
• Part of the service I paid for was not completed
• The damaged screen was not disclosed at the time of service
• Responsibility was deflected rather than addressed

The issue here is not about getting something for free—it’s about transparency, accountability, and communication.

At this point, we will not be proceeding with this company and do not recommend their services. The way this was handled felt petty and unprofessional, and it’s not how customer concerns should be addressed.

The experience I had was amazing when the technicians came out to clean my windows they were explaining to me what defective window seals would look like and the process they use to clean the windows. I didn’t think the windows were that dirty but after they finished cleaning the windows look almost brand new.

The EDGE team arrived on time and did a wonderful job on our windows. They are very reasonable and I appreciate the pro-active texts to see if we are ready for a repeat service, as well as the communication on arrival times and wrap up of the service. Highly recommend!
