They change the arrival time, denied that they did, promise to call you 30 minutes ahead, then argue even though they did.
Bait & switch with “we can’t do what you booked if we can’t upsell you more services” and when I called asking for a supervisor, I was told they will call me back, never did, when I called to ask why I didn’t get the call back, they just hung up on me!

I requested them to clean the bathroom carpet after witnessing the amazing revamp they did on the kitchen carpet and grout. i had a great experience. i moved into a rental where the carpet was really dirty from the last tenant. the home-owner gave me a little credit to get the carpet cleaned, so i started reaching out to cleaning companies. a lot of places didn't even get back to me, but roger from c&t carpet cleaners replied to my missed call and email within an hour. after i got the quote, i waited to hear back from the others, but no one else responded or they wanted way too much money for about 200 square feet of carpet. i texted roger again and he got back to me quickly, even on a friday evening, and set up an appointment for early tuesday morning. he said he’d be there between 9 and 10 am, and actually arrived around 9:30, right on time. the job was finished in about 45 minutes since it was just 200 square feet, and he was really friendly. i wish i had better before and after photos, but you can see how much cleaner the carpet looks now. i didn't think the stains would come out at all—I just wanted it sanitized—but the results were much better than i expected. i'm really happy with how the room turned out!

Additionally, the company only accepted Zelle as payment and was unable to provide a formal receipt. In the end, I paid for carpet cleaning and then had a portion of my security deposit withheld due to "Need additional carpet cleaning services". Basically I got to pay twice due to this poor service.
