We had a great experience with Hauk Custom Pools on our pool. They did a pool and structure for us I highly recommend working with Kevin on your design and having Brock as your project manager. Both communicated with us a lot and even answer questions through out the day. Hauk Custom Pools treated us like family, which was one of the reasons we chose them. I highly recommend working with Hauk. They did an excellent job on our dream pool. 5 stars all the way.

This is our second pool, and first from Hauk. Tim Ryan was a salesperson and Sammy Trevino was our PM. We chose Hauk after talking to several neighbors who had all gone with them over a variety of other builders. All of them said that their experiences with Hauk were very positive as well. Tim was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was very patient and really listened to us. We built a monster diver (34K Gallons) with the biggest hot-tub we've seen and couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of the materials and workmanship as well as their service. It was not a perfect build by any means, as all have issues that come up. When they did arise, Sammy was on top of it and did what he said he'd do in the time he said it every time! We'd definitely recommend Hauk and use them again as well! (We also bought the PV3 Paramount in-floor cleaning system and it's been really fantastic! Highly recommend it!) . Thanks Hauk!

Even better than expected!! After narrowing down from 5 options for a pool builder, we chose Hauk Custom Pools and I'm so glad we did. The build started 2 months ago with our Salesman Tim Ryan. He was clear on what to expect and very knowledgeable on all options, equipment and the timeline. Additionally, behind the scenes, Cynthia Gonzales was also super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question. We were soon handed off to Kyle Wojtowicz our Project Manager. Kyle was really easy to work with and constantly in communication with both myself and my husband. He started to feel like family. Every subcontractor assigned to our job was polite, professional and an expert in their own field. Its been a little over 2 months and we can now swim! Everything turned out beautifully. I read horror stories and did a lot of research before choosing Hauk. Trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed!

When we decided to build our pool, we were referred to Hauk by one of our neighbors. Hauk build his and his next door neighbor’s pool and both were very happy with the outcome and also the warranty repairs. I submitted a request for a free quote and got a response from Gabe a few days later. He came over and spent an hr talking to us about the design and what we wanted. We loved working with Gabe, he was very professional and listened to all of our must haves. A week later we were in his office going over the design and we really loved what he came up with! We were assigned to work with Andreas (PM) who was absolutely amazing! We had a tons of questions and Andreas helped answer all of them. He’s very responsive via text and email and got things done. Overall we are very happy how the pool turned out. Will update my comment with more pics when weather permits. Thank you Team Hauk!

Both Cory and Brock were fantastic. Cory completely understood what we were looking for and designed in perfectly - within budget. Project Manager Brock kept us well informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent with no surprises. Very professional and had such an eye for detail. Really appreciated the little things we asked for and he accommodated every step of the way. Hauk comes highly recommended by us, our backyard is now a tropical oasis - so when you go with Hauk you must insist on Cory and Brock!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our pool build with Hauk. Tim Ryan did a great design and was so easy to work with. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work! Brock was our Project Manager and was also phenomenal to work with. All the construction crews were respectful and professional. Our pool took under 5 months to build! My only regret is not putting one in sooner! 10/10 recommend!

We were so pleased with Hauk from the design conception of our backyard project, all the way through the construction and completion! They did a superior job on our pool and outdoor living. We worked with Colby on the design side, and Sammy was our project manager. Both were extremely nice to work with, great and timely with communication, and genuinely cared that we were pleased with the entire process. We happily recommend them to anyone considering a pool! We are loving our new backyard oasis!

Blake at Hauk Pools did an amazing job on the design of our pool. We are so happy with the result. We wanted to get design ideas from 3 companies so we could compare. The first company we went to to charged us a lot of money for a mediocre design. We then went to Hauk and got our design for free. Once we saw Blake's design we were sold and skipped getting a 3rd bid. The result is exactly what we wanted and we love our pool.

We started a pool build with Hauk so far and Andreas, our construction manager and Tim, our salesperson have been more than helpful and so responsive. We cannot wait until the pool & our backyard is done and I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come!

Update: our pool is done and our backyard looks amazing and we are so happy with the quality and service we received from Andreas our project manager and Tim our salesperson. We also had amazing landscape lighting done by Jimmy. He made our backyard shine at night! It's exactly what we wanted and love being in our backyard! We would use Hauk again and definitely recommend them!

Jimmy, the Hauk lighting professional is amazing. He took my vision of making my backyard feel like Miami to another level. He knew exactly what we wanted to do and ran with it. He is flexible and very professional. He helped me understand how to use the app and I have his number and can text as needed if I have any issues. Super sweet guy. Our backyard lighting looks amazing and the lights are customizable and fun.

We choose Hauk to maintain our new pool and was very happy with our first technician Kameron but concerned to hear he was promoted to service and would no longer maintain for us. However, Hauk assigned our account to Xavier who has done an excellent job keeping our pool and equipment in pristine condition. We appreciate Hauk hiring and training the right people.

Hauk Custom Pools does great work at a competitive price! We had Tim Ryan as our sales guy and he did an excellent job at customizing the design to fit our needs as a growing family, as well as being able to maximize the design features within our backyard space. He was able to incorporate existing covered patio structure seamlessly into the pool/spa/kitchen/fire pit combo and we couldn't be happier. Tim was very responsive during the sales process and always made my wife and I comfortable during the entire process -- highly recommend Tim!

During the construction phase, Sammy Trevino was our project manager -- he treated our home like it was his own, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. While there were a few hiccups during pool equipment installation, gas line extensions into the fire pit and outdoor grill, etc., Sammy was always willing to hear our concerns and make it right. While we are extremely pleased with the finished product, I would highly encourage others to stay on top of their subcontractors and tie off regularly with your project manager. Ultimately, Hauk delivered above and beyond what was covered in the contract and was willing to make sure that we (along with our adjacent neighbors) were totally satisfied with the workmanship - from start to finish. Highly recommend Sammy Trevino as a project manager.

We bid out Hauk against two other pool companies in the area, and we are so happy we chose them -- not only for the design they delivered which has transformed our backyard living space, but also for the high quality of material and overall workmanship!

We had our pool completed in less than 90 days, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tim, the designer, helped us bring our vision to life, while Trent, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Their professionalism and communication throughout the process made it stress-free. Post-build, Hauk’s pool maintenance team has been nothing short of impeccable, ensuring everything stays in top shape.

The pool itself is perfect for both family fun and relaxation. We added a volleyball net, which has been a huge hit for the kids. The backyard looks incredible, especially at night with the string lights illuminating the seating area under the pergola. The combination of the pool’s lighting and the cozy outdoor setup has transformed our backyard into a space we love to be in, day or night.

We had heard horror stories when it came to building a pool and we were really worried when it came to choosing a builder. We ended up going with Hauk pools and we are so happy we did. The whole process was very smooth, they responded very quickly to any questions and concerns. When it was all said and done we had a few things go wrong with the equipment but it was repaired very quickly. We started building end of July and our boys had their first swim the first week of October. Overall we are very happy with the service, the product and the warranty/support that they offer. Thank you Jaime, Jeff and Casie for everything.

This was our second pool build with Hauk and the experience exceeded our expectations. Tim our designer was great to work with and was very patient in helping us perfect the design. The build process was extremely smooth – Brock our construction manager was the absolute best. There was constant communication and updates throughout the process. We brought a few small items to Brock’s attention during the build and he was very quick to contact the various trades to have the items corrected. His follow through on punch list items following pool completion was timely and thorough. Jimmy the lighting guy designed a fantastic lighting package for the stone walls and outdoor kitchen/structure. The pool was completed ahead of the initially proposed timeline which is impressive given that current state of the construction industry. Thank you for a smooth process, and a special thanks to Brock for his attention to detail, and for getting this done so quickly!

We had an amazing experience with our project manager, Brock Bardwell, at Hauk Custom Pools! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Brock kept everything running on schedule and made sure every detail was done exactly right. His professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent communication made us feel confident and informed every step of the way.

The design team was also incredible. When we weren’t sure about certain aspects, they offered thoughtful, creative recommendations that truly elevated the entire project. They brought our vision to life above and beyond anything we could have imagined.

Our pool was completed in a timely manner, the quality is outstanding, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Brock and Hauk Custom Pools!

I had my pool built by the Team at Hauk Custom Pools back in 2020. Recently I noticed the tile and concrete around the skimmer had cracked. I freaked out as you could imagine thoughts of the worst. Having built a relationship with Robby Hauk I reached out to him not knowing he had retired. Without hesitation, Robby put me in contact with Jordan from Hauk Custom Pools. Jordan came out to inspect the same week and quickly reached out to the team that did the original gunite to ensure it wasn't damaged. Tony and his team came out the next day to inspect. He put me at ease and said the gunite has no issues and it was just the mortar under the stone. Sigh of relief! Jordan and Cassie scheduled a team to come out remove the previous stone and mortar and replace with a new stone. I can't thank Robby and the Team at Hauk Custom Pools enough. Now enough with the review, I'm going swimming!!!

Pool was remodeled last year for 90k. I'll just say this: many things will be promised and or included in the price before you sign the dotted line that won't come to fruition. There will also be a lot of "well we can fix this or that at the end of the project".

Don't buy it. Once they get their payment getting anything done is like pulling teeth. We are still finding/fixing things to this day, which is the only reason I am finally writing a review so that others think twice and go elsewhere.

So far this includes:

*$1,000 + $500 in labor for a damaged sheer descent water feature. It was damaged during the project to the point that it was causing a leak to appear on the back side of the pool. I got out cheap, had this been more serious and required a tear down of my back wall, it could've easily been $5-10k.

*Grout that I finally just ended up doing myself after having them come back out at least 3x to fix it. We're talking totally missing grout lines, half finished grout lines. This wasn't just a few spots but frequently all over the pool deck.

*Paid a separate contractor $500-1000 to make a ramp up to the pool deck as when hauk finished they left a 2-3 inch giant toe stubber (attached below) and one of their managers simply said "just put caution tape or a light bar around it" (lol). They wanted around $2.2k to do a ramp for me even though this had been discussed before the contracts were written and price finalized.

Save your money. Please. As well as the many headaches and stress of having to argue to try and get things done correctly.

I purchased our house with the Hauk pool in Sept 2025. (Never owned a pool before.) Henry Waller is our weekly pool maintenance person. Henry does an excellent job. He is always cordial and helpful. The other day, I had a problem with my spa water draining. Jared, pool service manager, came out the same day, identified the problem, and explained how the system works. Everything is back to normal. Both service people were great, could not recommend them more.

Highly recommend Hauk for backyard remodels and pools. They completely transformed our boring backyard into something incredible. Started with Jaime who did an excellent job with his design that captured everything that was important to us. Brock was our project manager and he was amazing to work with. Always returned texts or calls and coordinating with all the various teams and always coming onsite to inspect the work. He would notice things that we wouldn't at first, and have the crews fix things. Felt like he was really looking out for us. They took care of all the permitting, scheduling city inspections, and drafting a packet to provide for HOA approval. Really made it all easy.

Realize if you go this route this is a construction project and your home will feel like a construction site for a bit. You need some patience and the ability to keep your eye on the prize, and the belief it will all be worth it. Also be realistic that things with this many moving parts things can happen and not everything always can go to plan. For us, our patio cover was challenging because of our roof line, window locations, and overall layout. Jaime's original design had to be tweaked. I was real impressed how Jaime, Brock and the patio cover builder showed up onsite and hashed out an alternative design on the spot that we loved.

Also really impressed with Ashton who did their pool school. He is really knowledgeable, great at teaching as he showed me how to work everything.

If you are on the fence I say do it. Deal with the construction and you will be happy you got what you wanted rather than settle for someone else's design. We use it everyday, the spa on weekend nights, and in between just enjoy chilling on our covered patio which we did not have before. This sounds dramatic but it really has changed our lives. Can't wait for football season the hang out there.
