Best HVAC company I have ever used , they fixed a bad air conditioner and kept it running for a year for me , installed a new 5 ton system , and did my insulation they were fair , prompt ,easy to deal with and prices were the best on all the jobs. They don’t push you to do things you do not need to and they even recommended a great electrical company for some electrical work that was excellent too

Extremely professional, very courteous we were beyond happy with the service we received. They were the third Company to come out for the same problem we’ve been having for quite some time and they were able to diagnose and fix it in no time at all.

Texas Heat and Air came to my house to rescue us when another company Elite Air of Texas were dispatched here by American Home Shield 2 days in a row and could not fix the problem. The first day they showed up the technician went through everything to try and to find the problem. I asked The technician what he thought it was, He told me that when he looked at this valve on the inside of the air handler that it was stuck so he worked with it and got it to working. He believed he fixed the problem. Within 3 hours of him being gone, the same problem occurred. Water flooded on my wood floors. The outside unit froze up. I called American home shield reported it and they showed up again on the next day. At three o'clock in the afternoon. The technician said he was going to look at the blower motor and something else. It would let me know at the end. He believed it to be the original piece. He looked at the 1st day. He told me that it would be turned into his company, which in turn would send it to american home shield for approval but none of that ever happened.They gave up even though their technician told me what he believed the problem to be. They did not even bother to call me and tell me they were not doing anymore work. I found out through American Home Shield.
Texas Heat and Air showed up very professional and begin their assessment of the problem.
The problem turned out to be what the original technician from Elite Air of Texas said it was.
I would never have Elite Air of Texas come to my house again.
I will be using Texas Heat and Air from now on for all my HVAC needs.

I recently had Texas Heat and Air install a new Google Nest thermostat in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, their team was professional and accommodating. The technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process to me in detail.

The installation itself was quick and efficient. The technician ensured that everything was set up correctly and even walked me through the features of the Nest thermostat, making sure I understood how to use it to its full potential. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.

Since the installation, my home has been much more comfortable, and I’ve noticed an improvement in energy efficiency. I highly recommend Texas Heat and Air for their excellent service and expertise. If you need HVAC services or are considering upgrading to a smart thermostat, this is the company to call!

Tim is super friendly and very knowledgeable! He gave plenty of notice prior to arrival and made sure I understood each step of his process to find a solution to my AC issue. He was in and out in a timely and got my AC working perfectly.

Tim and his crew worked tirelessly to determine what was wrong with my HVAC system after the company I used to service my system for years failed us. Unfortunately, we had to replace our entire system and duct work, however, we saved thousands of dollars because Texas Heating & Air has partnered with my home warranty company.

Tim went above and beyond to provide a fair quote and superior customer service and support. He is an answered prayer. His team was respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. We are so relieved to have A/C again after 10 days of no air, as well as other major issues remediated with preventative measures in place and right before the summer heat is upon us. Quick and responsive
Our air went out on a Saturday morning and Tim had someone out within an hour! Great service, extremely reliable. I highly recommend them.

We had our upstairs unit go out two nights ago. I put a request in with our home warranty company. And they picked this company. From the scheduler to the technician I have zero complaints. What I thought was the front unit outside going out was actually the back unit. Juan the technician noticed there was a loose wire. Upon opening up the box the capacitor was dead. Some how the unit kept running. He had the supplies on hand. And was able to fix the problem within minutes. He explained everything from start to finish. Great company and communication all the way around. Thank you!!!

The tech and his helper were very knowledgeable and super friendly. I immediately trusted them. I will def recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Highly unprofessional and rude, owner went out of his way to call from a private ID to curse out my family

Worst service EVER! It’s been two months without air. He will not show up for appointments and he was disrespectful to my brother and cussed me for having my brother call to ask when he was going to fix my ac. I called and reported his actions to my home warranty. I hope he has a nice life. He will not have a thriving business with his lack of service. You are fired!

Beware of this company!!! I can't stress this enough. After going 2 weeks without an air conditioner (because they kept saying they were waiting on a part that come to find out they never ordered) we found another company (Elmers ) that replaced the whole unit for a few hundred more than they were charging for the part. Then they had the nerve to mark the order complete with the home warranty company!
