Jacob was AMAZING! I honestly can’t thank him enough for helping us out. He actually had to come out three times to fix another company’s issue and he was so kind and helpful each time. I will continue to use this company over and over again.

Tory and all of the service techs that have assisted us the past few days have been amazing. After the constant trouble we have had with our HVAC unit (installed by a different company) since our new build, they have all been a breath of fresh air! Literally!

Once again, Airmasters to the rescue. I had a contractor install two Nest controllers only to find them not working properly. Airmasters came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. The service tech Hunter also found a potential problem in one of my heating units that could have resulted in a fire. If you need electrical, plumbing or AC help, go to these guys. I can’t recommend them enough.

Rosendo serviced our heat pump today and I can't say enough about how impressed I was. He was on time,quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was doing. I now have my go to AC service company. Thanks so much

The service is always wonderful and you guys have been great to us. That said I paid $125 in December. They tell me what the problem was ordered the part and came back today to install the part and had to pay another $250 and I felt like 125 of that should’ve been waived.

In the past two years we have had a new central air system and have had our old breaker panel replaced by Airmasters. Excellent job by them both times. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with, especially the guys that actually did the work. This company is an extra effort company.

Had a cracked condensation line that we discovered at 8pm. Called Air Masters and they had a tech out within 30 minutes and was done by 9pm. Reasonable after hours service charge and the tech was professional and did a great job.

The Airmasters techs are always professional. They’ve taken excellent care within and around our property while conducting their inspection or maintenance. Always a pleasure knowing we can put our trust in the entire team’s capabilities and service!

Caleb was the nicest ever and deserves 10 stars. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, kind, and not a pushy salesman at all. He shared some of his experiences with other clients who had purchased the ac systems and what he had seen regarding the reliability. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer gentlemen to give us a quote and make us feel comfortable about such a big purchase. 😁

Shannon was an outstanding technician. He explained everything along the way and even when he found something that didn’t suit him he made it right. That is what I call going above and beyond and why we want a relationship with this company. Thank you for the outstanding service. I truly feel I have gained a new friend.

I came home to a warm home on Tuesday evening. I was referred to AirMasters and gave them a call at 5:20. Shannon Holmes was out to my house by 6:30. By 7:45 our AC was fixed!! He was very honest, friendly, and professional! We signed up for them to service our system because of the professionalism that was shown to us. Thank you for such a quick and fantastic job!!

We’ve had two issues since we moved into our new home six months ago. Both times technicians were sent out late in the evening within an hour. They were courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem on a new-to-the-market system. On the occasion it couldn’t be fixed immediately, Derek made sure I had heat until it could be taken care of. They were back the very next day to get it fixed! I’m glad they have my back.

We needed someone immediately to come out after our heater quit working and we had company coming that night. Rosendo Espino made the necessary repairs that day! He was knowledgeable, very polite, and made sure he answered our questions before leaving. Thanks Airmasters!

Excellent service! Daniel was very efficient and easy to talk to. He explained everything he did and tried hard to make low cost repairs if possible. He seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about air conditioning systems. We would highly recommend him.

David came out today for our contracted winter check on the heating system. There are not enough great words for this review on him. He is very personable and caring about our system. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and explaining everything. He took his time and wasn't in and out. We brought up the fact that we didn't feel like the tech that came out in the spring had checked the ac unit outside properly. He checked it and cleaned it properly. Said it was very dirty and agreed with us that it didn't appear to have been done. Thank you David. Looking forward to seeing you again on our next check up

Tory was fantastic, really nice and came same day! He told us exactly how he could help, and we joined their yearly program so they come 2x per year to check up on the system and do flyer changes for us which is one less thing we have to remember. Definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure dealing with the entire Airmasters AC, Heating & Plumbing organization. From our initial inquiry to working with Caleb to determine the best selection for our heating and cooling needs it was a seamless process. Airmasters offered us 3 potential and affordable options to meet our needs. We hoped to delay installation until the fall, but unfortunately when we returned from vacation we discovered our AC was no longer working. Thankfully Airmasters was able to get us into their schedule within a few days to install our new system. They even offered to bring us several window units to help us out. Colton and his crew arrived early in the morning to begin our installation. The first thing he did was introduce himself and his crew and explain the process of removal and installation of our system. Their operation was like a symphony as they split up, one working to remove and install the heat pump outside and 2 of them removing and installing the air handler in the attic. Several times during the day their project manager visited to check up on progress and ensure we were kept apprized of their progress. Once they completed their work Colton walked us through the installation and programming of the thermostat. Ensuring that our phones had the correct app installed and that it also worked properly. They performed one last walk around to clean up and left our home as clean as when they arrived. We would highly recommend Airmasters for any heating and AC needs. They provided a quality product at a very competitive price and were very professional on how they handled the entire buying and installation process. Great Job!!!!!

Sam was wonderful. He came to check on my heater and quickly found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely start using Airmasters going forward and refer everyone to them. So easy to make appointments and not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The young lady that answers the phone is so very friendly. Great team!

Our heat went out during the snowstorm. The team was outstanding responding within 20 minutes. Josh is very knowledgeable, courteous and accurate on the repairs. We truly appreciate all that your team did for our family.
