I was looking for the best construction company to do a home project in Colleyville
So hired ICO To do remodel my Kitchen and bathroom and they did an amazing job!
I’m so happy with the results and I highly recommend

ICO Construction and Remodeling gets an A+ / 5-star rating from us! When we decided to do a complete primary bathroom remodel my wife and I received bids from 3 companies. After meeting with each one we really felt a good vibe with Ilia at ICO. He was prompt, genuine, honest and professional. He answered all of our questions; however, we weren't 100% sure that we would go with ICO because they were not the least expensive bid. Over the next couple of weeks, without pressuring us, Ilia was the only one that followed up with us and he wanted to meet with us again. My wife and I really appreciated the way he sought after our business and addressed our concerns. I remember Ilia saying, we won't be the cheapest, but we will do it right and you will love the results! We ultimately hired ICO and the fun began. Next, we met with Edyd, their designer and she spent the afternoon with us shopping for flooring, countertops, tile, and vanities. The experience was enjoyable and her expertise was impressive. We couldn't have done it without you, Edyd! Thanks for all your help! My wife and I spent the next several weeks acquiring all of the other furnishings for our new bathroom and the work began shortly after Labor Day. That's when we met Or. He was an A+ project manager! He did a complete walk through of the plan with us and communicated with us daily. There was never a time that we ever felt cutoff or out of the loop with ICO. Or made many visits to our home many times during the project and was proactive in discussing any potential issues as well as made recommendations for us to consider along the way. Additionally, Ilia came by throughout the project to check on the progress and see how we were doing and addressed any questions as well. ICO brought in all of the professionals for the project (electrical, plumbing, tile and construction). We had the opportunity to meet a number of dedicated workers during the project. They were all great; however, Benjamin deserves special mention. I greeted him at 8AM everyday at our front door for the next several weeks; like clockwork. Benjamin was OUTSTANDING! He was friendly, respectful, dedicated, and is excellent at what he does! Thank you, Benjamin! Like any major project there were hiccups along the way; however, ICO was committed to our satisfaction every step of the way. They were flexible and fair with any changes or concerns that arose. Ilia and Or were like minded and on the "same page" if/when there was a problem and that really spoke to their integrity. Or conducted a wrap up of the project with my wife at completion (I was out of town), and they had their cleaning company come in and do a deep clean of the affected areas of our house. All we can say is, WOW, we LOVE our new bathroom!! If you're planning a bathroom remodel, do yourself a favor, reach out to ICO. You'll regret it if you do not give this OUTSTANDING company an opportunity to help you make your dream come true! Thank you, Ilia, Edyt, Or, and Team! It was more than a pleasure getting to know you all and watching ICO make our vision come to life!

Our experience was a very good one. The work was exceptional and everyone was professional and courteous. We had two bathrooms completed including new countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, towel bars, glass shower doors and lights including over the showers and tub. This also included new tiles. We also had new countertops, sinks, and faucets put into two other bathrooms and powder room. Wanting to update our light fixtures we had new lights put up in the kitchen, dining room and several hallways. All work was completed on schedule and budget. If you are looking for an exceptional company who also provides professional cleaning service at the end of your project then this is the company you or looking for.

Owners Ilia and Or look over all work, prior to allowing work to continue making sure plumbing and electrical work is done properly prior to city inspection and even in between the different stages of each project, that you will have going on. You will be more than satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. We couldn't be more happier with the choice we made in choosing ICO Construction & Remodeling. So happy they were able to bring their business to North Fort Worth.

Needed a contractor to help with remodeling a master bathroom. Found these guys on yelp and couldn’t be happier with the results. Their communication and coordination through the whole construction was above and beyond and they made sure to keep me updates with progress the whole way through.

We recently completed a full home renovation and could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and attentive to every detail.

The project included a kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom upgrades, and new flooring throughout. The craftsmanship was exceptional — every corner, cabinet, and fixture was installed with care and precision. They provided great design advice that helped us choose modern, timeless materials while staying within our budget.

What impressed us most was their dedication to staying on schedule and keeping us updated throughout the process. Renovations can be stressful, but the team made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to answer our questions.

Now, our home feels brand new — warm, functional, and beautiful. If you're considering a home renovation, we highly recommend this company for their quality work and outstanding service.

I needed a contractor to flip my home I just purchase. I have talked to plenty different companies and always felt like I was being scammed. When I finally called ICO and spoked to Ilia I knew I was in good hands. His mannerism was amazing and he was personal. He listened to my ideas and introduced me to his design team. They worked with me to create my dream home and I never felt like I was being up charged in anyway. The kitchen, bathroom, and living space turned out amazing. If you are looking for a contractor to update your home definitely give them a chance. They have all their credentials and the professionalism that comes with it.

This was my first time going through a remodeling project, and I was honestly a little nervous at the start — but working with ICO Construction and Remodeling made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Or and Ilia were incredibly patient and walked me through everything step by step.

I had my kitchen completely redone, and the transformation is incredible. From layout changes to new cabinets, countertops, and lighting — they handled every detail with care and precision. What I appreciated most was how responsive they were. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were quick to answer and always made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions.

For a first-time remodel, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The quality of work is top-notch, and the entire team was professional and respectful throughout. I’d highly recommend ICO to anyone — especially if it’s your first time remodeling.

I recently had my entire primary suite remodeled—bedroom, bathroom, and closet—and I can confidently say that working with ICO Construction was the best home renovation experience I’ve had in my 11 years of living in Texas. They exceeded every expectation.

From the very first consultation, ICO stood out. They were incredibly professional, genuinely personable, and impressively thorough. Ilia, the CEO, took the time to walk me through their entire process with clarity and transparency, which gave me complete confidence moving forward. Their preplanning was meticulous, and once the project started, their team’s attention to detail and care for my home were immediately evident.

Their interior designer, Edyd, was an absolute gem—patient, talented, and intuitive. She took the time to truly understand my style and vision, and helped me bring it to life in a way that felt both elevated and deeply personal. Her guidance throughout the design process made all the difference.

Every trade professional who came through—carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting—brought deep expertise and pride in their craft. Each team worked with precision, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding across the board. It was clear that ICO only partners with highly skilled, reliable professionals who treat your home like their own.

Or, the head of operations, was the true standout. He stayed on top of every moving piece and was an absolute joy to work with—responsive, thoughtful, and proactive at every stage. When I became ill during the project, the team even stepped in to help manage responsibilities I couldn't handle, which was an act of kindness I’ll never forget.

ICO handled the final punch list with speed and care, making sure every final detail was perfect. Their commitment to excellence, communication, and customer experience was unmatched.

I’ve worked with several contractors on my homes in both Houston and Dallas, and ICO Construction is far and away the best. If you’re considering a remodel, you won’t find a more trustworthy, talented, and professional team.

Ilia and Or were true professionals from the start. We had a pretty large scope of work that got bigger as we went along. ICO literally handled it like champs! They were very organized, honest, clear in communication and had the best subs in the business! We are super happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend using ICO for your next home project, big or small!

From start to finish on my bathroom and kitchen renovation I was extremely impressed with ICO and their crew. Professional, detailed, well-organized and thorough are words best describing their services. Clear communication at all times using the What’s App for business ensured the project goals and budgeting remained sound. I would highly recommend Ilia and ICO!

ICO remodeled our jack and Jill bathroom. We couldn’t be happier. The communication, attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. We will definitely contact them when we’re ready to remodel our kitchen.

Foster's Construction & Roofing handled our full roof replacement perfectly! They installed a complete GAF roofing system that looks professional and gives us great confidence in its durability. The team detached the gutters before tearing off the old roof, fixed broken rafters and reinforced the attic framing, replaced any damaged decking where the framing was addressed for a solid base, handled some minor trim cosmetic repairs and replacements, then reattached the gutters seamlessly once everything was complete. Clean work, no surprises, excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend Foster's Construction & Roofing for a thorough, high-quality roof job!
