Richard and the crew did a great job. We have really tall post oaks and a black walnut and they thinned and shaped them. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

From the initial consultation to our installation, we were beyond pleased with our experience. Robert and Tyler truly went above and beyond to help us create the perfect landscape. Their knowledge and expertise are the reason why we will continue to use Arbortech Tree Service for all of our landscaping projects.

Arbortech came out and trimmed my trees. It was the best job that has ever been done on my trees. They not only trimmed, but cleaned out my trees. My past tree trimmers have not done that. My trees look absolutely beautiful!

Team was responsive at the start of the transaction and then failed to follow up regarding the grinding of the stump of a tree they removed. Made excuses such as their machine was broken, weather, etc. Affordable, but not worth the 3+ month wait for the continued job. Will likely be doing a chargeback now that we cannot get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend, pay the higher fee and avoid the headache of chasing them. Shady company!

I’ve used Arbortech twice since 2022. Each time, the work performed has been excellent and thorough.

Due to their trimming and recommendations, my oak tree is at least 15 feet taller than my neighbor’s tree or the same age and looks much healthier.

I’ve had them remove some junk trees around my property as well as trim some city trees that were overhanging onto the roof and have been satisfied with each job.

I’ll no doubt be in contact with them in the future when the need arises.

Update 11/2024:

The above review is true. The work Arbortech did in 2022 as well as last July was great. However, I had also requested a mulberry tree be removed from my back garden as well.

Unfortunately the crew missed this item. When I was called to collect payment, I let Robert know that I still needed the tree removed. I was assured that this would be taken care of.

I sent two text messages in the beginning and end of August and was reassured that this would be scheduled, but no sign of anyone. I then called and left a voicemail in the middle of September and never received a response.

We had a large 40 ft elm tree lose some large limbs during the Memorial Day Storms. There were very large limbs over my house causing safety concern. . Arbor Tech responded quickly and gave me a fair estimate. I wanted to use a reputable company since their reviews were great and my neighbor had used their service last year. Makayla , Tyler and the whole crew did a great job. They even came back at my request to do some more trimming. Highly recommend them as they know what they are doing and clean up was great. Arbotech Tree Service did a great job at our house. Robert, the owner is an honest and courteous man who first came to our house after a phone conversation to assess what needed to be done, and to give us a quote. We usually call a few companies to compare prices and opinions, but after meeting Robert we felt confident we didn’t need to talk with anybody else.

All the trees look great, they were careful with our vases and furniture, and they left the house in the same condition they found it.

Robert told us there are random men pretending to work for Arbotech going from door to door and soliciting work. Make sure you call their official phone to schedule an appointment, and avoid impersonators. Two thumbs up!

Just wanted to give a fantastic shout-out to the folks at ArborTech Tree Service. We recently sustained damage to one of our mature trees in our front yard after a wind shear storm hit our area in Colleyville. Working with Robert and Mikala at ArborTech, they handled all the details and got us on the schedule quickly. They arrived this morning and in less than an hour cleaned up a 35 foot mature tree that had landed on our front yard. The crew under the direction of the foreman, Tyler, was efficient and left no details out. They cleaned the surrounding area of outside branch debris and made sure the area along the curb of the street was clean and all picked up. It was an amazing effort on the crews part to clean up everything that had been toppled during the storm. If you need a dependable tree service and a detail orientated leadership from a company, this is your group to call. I will definitely utilize them in the future as my tree trimming needs exist. Just absolutely fantastic effort and completion of this job. The cost was well worth it and very reasonable in my opinion. Thank you to everyone who helped.
