I have used them for several years and they never leave any presence of the work on the ground as they rake us all the scraps remaining and then blow the yard and driveway/sidewalks

Makayla arrived right on schedule, and when we approved the work she had a team at the house within 30 minutes. They took care of the fallen branches and some other limbs that needed to be trimmed, and were done in under an hour. Very painless procedure!

A major windstorm downed a large oak in our front yard this week, 8/2020. We discovered tree @ 630a, called Arbor-Tech and left message. Received return call around 710a and Richard said he he would be out to look. He came by and we agreed to a price. He sent John out who showed up promptly and proceeded to remove the tree canopy, which was blocking the public street nearly half way and worked for several hours to clear tree from street and a pathway for the sidewalk was opened. John was professional, polite and through.
The entire crew showed up on time the next day as per our agreement with Richard and they proceeded to remove another dead oak on our property in addition to the large downed oak in the front yard. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the high quality and professionalism of Arbor-Tech and will not hesitate to utilize the Company's services in the future. We can recommend Arbor-Tech without reservation.

Wow! Great Job, Guys! I had professional tree services in the past. As far as quality goes, your crew nailed to it. The arborist Miss Makayla did sun shade assessment. The owner was onsite to ensure the cuts are approbate. I cannot be more happier with the service. Thank You all!

I have a recent follow up of the above review. A few weeks after trees were removed , I started to do some re-landscaping of the area nearby the tree stumps. There were roots remaining due to being under the ground covers at the time of the tree removal. I reached out to the company. They came again and did a thorough grinding where I needed to plant. The job was well done and as impressive as the first time. I can honestly say this is very conscientious company and they do business the right way. They take care their customers. I would recommend the company anytime!

From the first contact to the final bill, Makayla, Tyler, and team were great! Makayla answered every question and worked patiently to modify the quote with each change I made. Tyler and crew were highly professional and super quick with the actual cutting. Also, they were safety conscious throughout and meticulous with cutting and cleanup.

I will definitely use them again!

Its almost 2 months since we had them to remove 2 trees from my back yard, I requested them to leave small pieces of tree stump but they left huge blocks of tree stumps in the place which comes under HOA. I called them multiple times and left multiple messages they responded once saying that they would call me back which never happened very poor service.

Arbortech did a fabulous job cleaning out deadwood and removing some dying trees in my yard. Richard was friendly, professional and very flexible with scheduling. The crew worked tirelessly and did a great job cleaning up. My yard looks like a beautiful park now. Great job and fair priced. I highly recommend them!

I have a very large live oak tree that really grew over the summer. In addition to the standard trimming, the crew took great care to remove the limbs that had grown over the house and those that were impeding other trees. Thank you!

Update: review changed from 5 stars to 4 stars
About 8-10 branches were not removed or cut completely and now (3-4 weeks later) we have dead brown branches in our trees. They are too high or still partially attached for us to remove ourselves. We called and emailed Arbor-Tech asking for them to clean them up and they came out within 2 weeks to pull them out.
