Devin was here for the first time to service my pool. I had been having a problem over the last several weeks with the skimmer. He listened to how I described the problem, took the time to find a solution and explained why I was having the problem. He is personable, listens to my requests and did a nice job on servicing my pool. Charley

This was the first time that I was serviced by Southlake Pools. Keller kept me informed of his timing to my home. I had him remove my salt cell and acid dispenser from my pool. He worked very quickly and did excellent work. Keller was very professional and is a veteran.

They did a great job replacing/repairing our coping and mastic. We were scheduled quickly and the work completed on time. The crews were good to work with and Dean kept us informed and made certain we were happy with the work. Will use again.

Southlake Pools is the best, hands down. Ben's team did a great job of laying out what needed to be done, provided a fair estimate, and when Keiler came out, he was great. He was communicative, explained what was wrong, what he was doing, and how he needed to solve it. Then he spent a good chunk of time fixing old work that was done poorly and bringing things to where they should be.

I was very happy with the service from Southlake Pools. The pool heater wasn’t working and a service visit was scheduled in a timely manner, knowing we have an event planned for the weekend. Keiler was able to diagnose the problem, order the part needed and repair it the next day.

I had such a great experience with Southlake Pools! I reached out with concerns about our pool equipment and Cory came the same day. He explained everything to me as he went along. I appreciate how thorough he was and so glad he got everything running properly again. I will use Southlake Pools again for sure!

WOW! This company is absolutely the best is customer service, knowledge and professionalism. It starts with Christina. She went above and beyond to get the service I needed for my pool and did it the same day I requested. Then there is Cory who is EXTREMELY knowledgable with pool equipment and knows exactly how it works and most importantly how it should work. Cory made all necessary repairs and labeled all equipment with QR code to help in the event of freezing weather. I highly recommend Southlake Pools but especially Christina and Cory!

Now my main go to company for pool services in Southlake. My tech was Keiler who is one of the most talented and knowledgeable pool experts I have ever met. I love his positive attitude and his persistence in fixing any issue to my satisfaction. He also usually corrects other company’s mess ups and sloppy work. Highly recommend Southlake Pools and will reach out to have them do our HOA pool in the near future.

Recently, I had an issue with my Polaris booster pump, would not start. I called Southlake Pools right away and they sent out a technician within 2 hours. The gentleman, Mr. Keiler, called me first to alert me to his time of arrival and then upon arrival introduced himself. Very personable young man, a Marine Veteran in fact. After some friendly conversation, Keiler quickly diagnosed the issue, a bad capacitor. He happened to have one in his truck and inside of 30 minutes from his arrival, the capacitor was replaced and the pump was functioning perfectly. I thanked him profusely and then Keiler was on his way to the next job. I was very thankful for the quick response time with Southlake Pools and the courteousness and professionalism of the technician.

Separately, my weekly service technician, Mr. Tyler, treats my pool as if it were his own. He does a great job and I'm very pleased with the maintenance service. Importantly, our German Shepherd looks forward to Tyler's weekly visit. She loves to play with him!

My experiences with Southlake Pools have been excellent and I would highly recommend them for your pool service. As noted above, they service mine on a weekly basis and I've had no issues and my pool functions perfectly, thankfully! Southlake Pools prices are reasonable to boot! Keiler did a great job. I thought I needed a new pump but he found that wasn’t the issue. Saved me extra expense. Southlake Pools has done service on my equipment several times and they always do a good job.

Tyler was probably the most knowledge pool tech I have ever met. I am SO happy that he was able to come work on our pool even though we are all the way in Dallas. He was truly fabulous! Thank you, Tyler!

Keiler did a great job! One of my pumps started making some terrible noises. He was able to replace it really fast. Super knowledgeable guy! Helped me setup my remote for the pool and fixed all the settings and made my pool essentially more efficient.

I was overcharged. What's the reasonable price for the part "VALJAN-ORING KIT"? $75 for each? $50 after a generous discount? There were two O-ring sets installed in my swimming pool. $100 for the o-rings. Does this make sense by inflating a part of only a few dollars to tens of dollars? This is not a honest business.

I really appreciate Cory’s quick response to my request today and he is getting someone out same day to assist with my Polaris and Booster Pump. It has been a company I can count on!

Justice has consistently done a very impressive job with my pool. I am grateful for his attention to details on critical and non critical matters. I am way above satisfied with his level of service. 🙂
