Nick did a couple jobs at my rental property which Included some plumbing work and installing a fan. My rentals really enjoyed Nick and said he did a great job. We have used ACE handyman for multiple years now, and we have never been disappointed.

We are so glad we found ACE Handyman Service of Colleyville. They sent their best employee, Nick Dean, to our house to complete a variety of different projects. He is the best! Nick understood right off what we needed to have done, and he did all the work in a reasonable amount of time, cleaning up after himself fantastically. Bobby was very professional and safe in doing his work. He was very clear with his communications. But I had 4 hours pre-scheduled for a number of tasks and so
As he arrived late, he could Only get 3 hours of work done for today. I have to reschedule now for some additional work to be still done soon.

Andrew did an amazing job hanging out chandelier and saved us money by completing the job in under the scheduled time. We will use Ace Handyman Services again for future needs. Great customer service!!

David was on time and so courteous and accomplished to my extensive ‘honey-do’ list.
He fixed a leaky outdoor faucet, re-attached my chimney topper, fixed a plug and installed some other items. He was amazing and I would request him again.

Nick Dean did a great job! My mailbox mounted in brick was knocked over by an RV. Broke apart most of the brick and cement. All of the broken brick and cement, included an unknown 2 foot thick base was removed and stacked to be picked up later.
Installed a new metal post in cement and a new mailbox with address numbers. Everything looks great!
I will use them again as needed. All was done at a great price.

Chris, in a very timely and professionally manner replaced my rotten garage door trim piece and perfectly cut and installed a new plank. Caulking and paint work was exceptional. Great work for a fair price. I highly recommend Chris/Ace Handyman to anyone that needs some work around their home.

Michael was great repaired toilet in one bathroom, and fix the sink in the other one

Andrew did an amazing job painting a turquoise wall to white in my classroom! I couldn’t have done it better myself. Andrew arrived on time, was very professional and was finished in no time! Ace Handyman Services were great to work with. Had someone out the next day to get my siding back in place. The tech Carlos did a great job. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Nick Dean did a wonderful job moving old washer & dryer out to garage and moving new-to-me washer & dryer back into closet! First checked to make sure everything was unconnected, then once each machine was moved into place, reconnected & checked to make sure they were reconnected correctly. Even gave me time to sweep and mop the floor between the old & new. Nick was very personable and efficient.

Nick is an excellent handyman, expert carpenter, great painter and exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend!

Nick did a fantastic job on my smoke detectors. He explained testing them & let me know one of the detectors was hardwired & did not need batteries. Nick also explained other work your company could do that I will need done after the holidays.

First time using Ace Handyman Service and I’m very pleased with them. David Owens did an excellent job repairing the fascia on my roof, will definitely continue to do business with Ace Handyman Service.

The project was to replace the toilet in the master bathroom and replace the two faucets as well. The person arrived early for the job but left after about 15 minutes because he was missing a couple of tools. He returned after about 30 minutes. We had received a quote of $450 for the entire project. When he was finished he let us know it took longer than expected and it was difficult to remove the existing faucet. But, of course, the job is now $538. He also let us know that he had no intention of hauling away the old toilet and it would be our responsibility to get rid of it! Two 70 year olds hauling around a toilet!? I have NEVER had to dispose of a replaced appliance or otherwise on my own. We had to call someone to come haul the old toilet and faucets away. That cost an additional $240!!!! So, what started as a $450 quote, ended up costing us $778 to replace one toilet and two faucets!!! I was also assured that he would clean up after he was done. There were black marks on the bathroom floor as well as pieces of plastic and other trash remnants. So even though the work was done and so far everything is functioning, I would not recommend this business.

We had three doors that hadn’t worked right in years, including our back door that we had to lock with a special latch ordered off TikTok for extra security. Nick Dean came out and fixed them all, and he did such a great job! We keep laughing because we keep forgetting one of the doors actually latches now and end up tugging at it out of habit. It’s such a nice change to have everything working again! Highly recommend!
