Our pool tech is awesome! Very personable, & will always listen & answer our questions. Worked extra hard to get all straightened out when our pool kept turning green. I hope he doesn’t change routes; we would miss him.

This tech, Anthony Russell, and everyone at Southlake Pools are Amazing! As we have Mallard visitors, the Southlake Pool team, is extra careful to not only clean the pool magnificently, they have taken extra steps to use only products that will not harm the ducks!!! In previous years the pool was dark algae green with our using only algaecide as recommended by Wildlife Assoc. But this year thanks to Southlake Pools, our water is clear aqua and the ducks are all super healthy and love this Tech and all the Team. 10 Stars Thank you! Cannot say enough great things about this company, and especially Derek and Cory! They worked tirelessly to get a very tough job done...and the pool looks so beautiful now! Attention to detail, at the smallest level, was incredible..not like so many others who try to hurry to get it to OK. They got it to AMAZING! Southlake Pools has been absolutely dependable for four years and counting for us. And Justice, our tech, keeps the pool in great condition year round. He is quick to catch any issues and they are handled very promptly every time.

Southlake Pools have been my go to for repairs for almost 20 years now. I needed help with a leak in my pump plumbing. Ben showed up on very short notice, rounded up all the required parts and had me up in running again in a couple of hours, allowing me to leave on a scheduled trip with confidence. Both Ben and Southlake Pools are first class and I could not be a happier customer for life!

I had an outstanding service call today from Southlake Pools. My technician was Derek. I had worked on my filter to clean out the fins after a summer of pool time. My issue was with the back flow valve. Derek took my observations and went to work quickly and efficiently. He had the issue figured out and repaired in about 15 minutes. Along the way he told me the issue, provided me with pictures to show the issue both before and after the repair. This is the fourth time I have utilize Southlake Pools and have continued to be impressed on the service and communication. The roving for the service was equally good. I plan to utilize them going into the spring as we get ready for another swim season. Thanks to everyone at Southlake Pools.

Have used them for 3 years for monthly upkeep. They are very responsive in getting things done. Ben was out today and quickly diagnosed and repaired a pump issue. All the workers we've had are very knowledgeable.

I have used Southlake pools for 20 years and have never been disappointed. They always respond quickly and do a great job at a fair price. Tyler has done 2 recent repairs on my system- broken PVC pipe and installed new Polaris pump- and I am extremely pleased with his work & professionalism.

They have always provided excellent service in both routine maintenance and other service (including resurfacing my current pool). Everyone at this company is great to work with. Absolutely recommend! Have used them twice for repairs and highly recommend! It’s over 100 degrees and filter casing cracked and was leaking water. Came same day replacement completed right away! Great customer service and pool repairs! If in the area….look no further.

After charging a nominal $90 on-site review fee, this pool repair outfit quickly turned into a cautionary tale. What began as a seemingly straightforward pump inspection ended with a bill that ballooned well beyond industry norms. Parts were marked up at least 200%, yet every time I asked where those components came from, the technician grew dismissive, offering vague answers and refusing to share even the most basic sourcing information.
The real kicker arrived when I discovered they hadn’t included a small but critical replacement in the initial estimate—a detail that forced a delayed service call and an even heftier invoice. By then, the work had already started, repairs were in progress, and cancellation was no longer an option. I was left feeling cornered by their bait-and-switch tactics.
Worst of all was the technician’s attitude. He was brusque and unapologetic, snapping at questions and treating my concerns like personal inconveniences. What should have been routine maintenance turned into an ordeal, undermined by hidden markups, surprise fees, and an all-too-friendly lowball offer that led nowhere but up—into my wallet.

I’ve used Southlake Pools for multiple repairs and services that I have needed over the years and have been happy with the level of service and pricing. They have always been easy to work with and have helped me get up and going, whether that be cracked pipes from freezes, filter and pump repairs, and general cleaning. If you are in the Mid Cities area I’d strongly recommend giving them a call.

I have been using Southlake Pools for several years and my pool has never looked better. I had another company replace our spa heater and it never worked right even after several service calls. Southlake Pools fixed our heater in about 1 hour and we have not had any trouble since. Awesome crew!
