There was such a difference in the look and brightness of our well house that it made us realize how dirty our house was. The price was appropriate and the service was excellence. There were a few small things that Chris didn't like about his technique and he fixed them (even though we could barely see the inconsistencies and didn't really care). He was very cautious to protect the landscaping.
We will be using him again in the future. Highly recommended if you want an excellent service with that Texas work ethic and country-life integrity in a company.

Chris and the Sparkles team were extremely professional, and I felt the price was competitive and fair. I didn’t experience the dreaded high pressure sales pitch one would expect in the industry, but Chris was able to answer all of my questions before and after the service while also getting the oil stains out of my driveway. We have a 1970’s home on the southside of Fort Worth near TCU and wanted to preserve as much originality of our home as possible. Sparkles went above and beyond to remove the oxidation build up that we didn’t know existed on our siding. We did not realize that without the removal of the buildup, our upcoming exterior paint job would have began peeling within six months. Very good experience working with Chris of Sparkles Soft Wash.
1) At the front end, he did a thorough job explaining the planned service and answering a variety of questions;
2) On the service date, he was punctual, very thorough and demonstrated extreme care starting with prep, performing the "soft wash," and final cleanup; and
3) The final results are as promised, and I will use Sparkles Soft Wash again.

My fence had 3 different shades of stain so Chris soft washed and got all the old stain off and then stained it! It's wonderful! Didn't realize how much of a difference it would make!

Chris did a really great job! Cleaned the stone on our house, the flagstone patios, and all of the concrete, and treated everything afterwards. Very easy to work with, very professional and safety minded, and had excellent attention to detail. I will definitely call him again the next time.

sparkles did a fabulous job. Chris was excellent at communicating the schedule and process. I thought they had not put screens back on when they were done because the windows and screens were so clean. We will use them again for sure!

Great work, fast response, and excellent customer service. We recently had Sparkles Softwash clean the windows of our business, (Marshall Grain in Colleyville). We only recently moved into the location, which had been vacant and unmaintained for over a decade and the windows had many years of grime and old paint built up on them. One door had been covered with an opaque film that left a sticky residue behind. Even though we had cleaned them ourselves, they still looked dirty. Chris came out and, in just a few hours, literally made our windows and glass doors sparkle! He was fast and efficient as well as thorough. We're very pleased with the job he did. Thank you, Chris!
