The best pool company in the area.. Our pool always looks crystal blue. Our pool guy Joe is excellent. He takes great care of our pool and makes sure our equipment is in top shape.
Highly recommend Pirate Island Pools.

Joe does an amazing job cleaning our pool. The water is crystal clear and there is never any moss or discoloration. Joe was over by my pool equipment and noticed that there was water under the equipment that shouldn’t be there. He figured out where the leak was and reported it. Luckily, Thomas was able to come out and fix the leak before the cold weather hit. I appreciate the kern eye shoe keeps on our equipment. We truly appreciate how great our pool always looks and how everybody is so friendly and how each of them pays attention to details. Thanks again.

While I'd been trying to clean the pool myself all spring, my husband finally convinced me to go with a service, so I could focus on swimming in the pool instead! (I know I know...but I didn't realize how much work it was!). While we pay a tiiiiny bit more for Pirate Island Pools, we both agree the extra few dollars are really worth it! The pool looks amazing, cleanings are always on time, if anything big needs to be replaced they show us what they're looking at before-hand, the servicemen are polite and knowledgeable and the office is always responsive. We couldn't be happier! :D

Pirate Island do what they say and say what the do, and if something isn't right they make it right and take responsibility.

I no longer worry if my pool cleaner is showing up or not this week and have never had a cloudy pool that wasn't super nice to swim in.

Our tech Zach has been on our route and he does a great job and always has a smile and a friendly word to say.

From top of management to the field techs, they take the time to make sure the customer experience is "old school done right".

Tried 3 other companies before switching over to pirate. It seemed like one company knew how to handle service well but not able to fix anything and another would just charge an arm and a leg for any and everything. Pirate spends the needed time on service, my pool looks great and they have been able to diagnose and fix issues as they have popped up. Most of my experience has been through Daniel Kent there so if you are wanting to duplicate my experience maybe ask for him. Great company!

Have used Pirate Island Pool for several years. They provide consistently excellent maintenance service as well as diagnostic and repair resources as needed. Joe, in particular, does a great job and is very informative. Fairly priced and quickly respond to concerns. Highly recommend.

We have been with Pirate Island Pools for a few years now. We have had an excellent experience with them. Their technician Dennis goes above and beyond. He takes great care of our pool and a bonus, our dog loves when he comes for our weekly maintenance! Pirate Island is very good with communication as well. Highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used Pirate Island Pool Service for several years and we are beyond happy with the experience. The office staff is very communicative and consistently demonstrates well-executed methods for handling maintenance, service, and billing. Chace Harmon is quick to answer the phone and get our concern directed to the right person. When one of our valves broke last summer, Tiffany Bonas, Director of Operations, responded within a few hours and gave us, in writing, several options to address the issue. Thomas, in maintenance came out within 24 hours and showed us what he was going to do and why. We then received a Service Ticket Complete report that included photos. The whole company makes things convenient and transparent for their customers.
We adore our pool tech Bobby Gray—he is always on time, always has a smile, and is incredibly thorough in keeping our pool sparkling week after week. After each visit he sends an email with a list of services he performed such as checking chlorine and pH levels, pressure gauge reading and that he closed the gate!
To top off, he loves our dog and she loves him!
We've also found that other technicians from Pirate Island are equally professional and attentive whenever they visit, which speaks to the company's consistently high standards.

Super easy booking and the friendly staff arrived right on time to handle our air duct cleaning. I’m definitely seeing way less dust on my furniture already!

If you’re living in Colleyville, you know the pollen and dust are a never-ending battle, especially for us allergy sufferers. I finally called Star Vent Cleaning for an HVAC cleaning and the skilled staff here really knew their way around a complex system. Definitely a customer oriented business that provides high quality service without a massive price tag.

I’m all about efficiency, and this was hands down the best company for air duct maintenance I’ve hired since moving to Colleyville. They had great and friendly communication throughout the morning and the skilled staff made sure to double-check every single vent before heading out. It’s a relief to find a reliable crew that actually shows up and delivers on what they promise over the phone. Definitely give them a call if your system needs a deep vents cleaning.

Star Vent Cleaning lives up to the name. Air duct cleaning was A+. The guys were fast, respectful of my home, and didn't push any extra things we didn't need.

I've done the 'regular' air duct cleanings before, but this is a whole other level with Star Vent Cleaning. They have an industrial vacuum machine that has a lot of negative pressure. I could hear the flexible whips banging against the sides of the ducts which meant they weren't just superficially cleaning but they were dislodging. The tech showed me the massive bag filled with thick, humid remnants. It was beyond disgusting. I highly recommend this thorough, aggressive cleaning.
