Pirate Island had done a great job taking care of our pool. We just moved to a new house and we needed service fast. They were on-site on 3 days and had pool clean and us on schedule. Great job.

We recently moved to Soutlake Texas and purchased a home with an older pool that needed updating. Pirate Island was recommended to us and they helped us identify a great contractor to refinish the pool and Pirate Island installed 2 new heaters. Thomas handled the heater installation and did a great job handling some complications of wiring up 2 heater units and Corey spent almost 2 hours with us helping us understand all the equipment and operating instructions. We came away from the experience with a great feeling about the quality of the work and service of this company and have chosen them also for our monthly services. Pirate Pools is the single greatest pool company I have ever worked with. Corey at Pirate Pools regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we are satisfied customers. Most recently, I returned home to an issue with our pool that needed to be addressed. Disclaimer: it was 7 pm on a Friday night. Corey called me immediately within 2 minutes of texting Andy calling him and helped walk me through what to do to address the issue. After we could not determine how to address the issue, Corey had a service technician come to our house to get the issue addressed...again all within 15 minutes of my call on a Friday night. I cannot say enough good things about Pirate Pools and would likely never use another pool company. Lucas Barton

I can’t recommend Pirate Island Pools enough. They’ve always been kind, responsive and helpful. After the big winter freeze in DFW destroyed my entire pool pump and DE filter, they were out to do an estimate within days of things thawing out and completed a full repair incredibly fast. This is particularly noteworthy given the sheer volume of work and parts required throughout DFW right now. Kudos to a great company!

I was referred to Julie at Pirate Island Pools to fix my spa heater when it went out and i had 6 people coming to stay with me. Both Julie and her technician far exceeded my expectations in responsive and service. They went above and beyond driving to Plano to get my heater to be sure I had it in time. They definitely under promised but over delivered!!

I highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs. I recently had a leak and Cory came over the same day to fix it. I will definitely use them again and am so pleased with the customer service that I will begin using them for weekly pool cleaning. PIP is worth every $ spent. You may find services for cheaper at other places but you will not find great customer service and quality of work like you would by using PIP.

I reached out to Pirate Island during the Feb freeze. Thomas (technician) and Julie (owner) both provided "top notch service". Specifically the communication (regular phone calls from Julie to provide updates and scheduling) and with Thomas who didn't over diagnose the problem..... explained to me what he was doing to get things back running....and told me he would be back the following day to re-evaluate. You both were outstanding with each one of those commitments. My initial call was during the freeze in Feb and I can only imagine how busy you were, yet you took the time to respond within 4 hrs and give me realistic expectations on service. I would absolutely recommend Pirate Island Pools to others! 5*+

We've used PIP for several years now for our routine weekly pool service and have been completely satisfied - always receiving before/after pictures and thorough details of the weekly maintenance. All we had to do was enjoy the pool. Most recently, during SNOVID 2021, and the power outage for over 36 hours, we lost ALL of our pool equipment, and Juli and her team came through for us immediately, especially since we'd just sold our home and heading to closing. I use Pirate Island Pools to clean and add chemicals to my pool weekly. They are very professional and I know I can always depend on them to answer questions and the pool will be sparkling when they leave. I had my filter cleaned yesterday and not only did they do a thorough job but Bobby, my always friendly technician, picked up a dead squirrel in the yard that the dogs had just killed and took it away. As a single female, he has no idea how appreciative I was!!! With or without the squirrel event, I would highly recommend Pirate Island Pools.

After trying many different pool companies with no success, we tried Pirate Island Pools. They were exactly what we needed. They finally got our pool clear and beautiful. They have been faithful in coming out each week. All of their employees are polite, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to all of my friends!

My pool pump quick working two Sunday's ago and I called my regular pool company on Monday who informed me they could not come for ten days. I contacted Julie Gerrard at Pirate Island Pools who stated she could make my repairs in two days. Her technician arrived on Monday afternoon and took care of my problem. I will certainly be using them again! Same day service!

We moved into our home about 2 months ago . I called a couple of companies but Pirate called me back quickly I told them I needed someone to look at the heater also the pump for the waterfall and to qoute me to service the pool . When they came they were professional
and knowledgeable . Did not try to sell me at all just explained to me and showed me what needed to be done . They gave me a fair price on replacing my heater also replacing the pump to the waterfall . everything is working Great. also want to add the young man that comes to my house every week to service the pool does a great job and is very thorough could not be more pleased . Also want to say the office staff is always great to talk to always positive and helpful .
Needless to say I highly recommend this company.

I initially contacted this company when I say their awesome painted car driving around our town. Their driver rolled down is window and thanked me for stopping him, giving me Julie's name to contact. I called Julie and she got us set up immediately.

OUTSTANDING company. EXCELLENT service. They do a GREAT job staying on top of everything needed to proactively maintain our pool to avoid breakdown, unnecessary repairs, etc., i.e. filter changes, etc. They are VERY consistent with regular service, even during high season and holidays. They respond quickly to all service needs and get it done timely.

We have had ZERO issues with our pool since transitioning to their service. Their office is excellent to work with regarding invoices, billing, etc. Ask for Julie, she has always helped us with anything we needed.

Their rates are very competitive combined with their excellent customer service...makes this a TOP NOTCH company.

We have been customers of Pirate Island Pools for over a decade. Our pool can be difficult to balance with all of our trees, but our current tech, Dwaine, is amazing. Since taking on our weekly service, about 3 years ago, our pool has been perfect! He is the best tech we have had in over 25 years.
