Chris was outstanding to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall did an amazing job. We had very severe black algae all over our Austin stone house and it’s all completely gone after the Softwash treatment! Chris even scheduled a follow up about a week later to touch up stubborn spots without my having to request this. Very impressed by the pride he takes in his work and will absolutely be working with him again in the future!

Very thorough and in-depth work! I had my driveway and windows cleaned by Chris. He got it all done in one day and the result was great! 100% would recommend.

Chris was awesome! He was very responsive and did exactly what he said he was going to do. In fact, he came back a few weeks later and noticed some spots that did not come clean and scheduled a warranty call without me having to ask him. It was a great experience!

As this is being written Chris is finishing up almost a full day softwashing my house's brick and vinyl. Also multiple inside windows plus 32 exterier windows on a two story house. Throw in the driveway and sidewalk to the front entrance and thats pushing 7 plus hours.

Chris from Sparkles washed my windows and cleaned my back patio and pergola area. He spent over 4 hours doing a thorough, professional job. I attached two pictures of the back patio before and after.

No show, very late call. Thomas was scheduled for this last Wednesday. He was supposed to call sometime in the early afternoon while he was heading over. I adjusted my schedule to make sure I was home for him. I received a text at 4:45pm that said he was out sick. They should have let me know as soon as they knew. Which leads me to suspect that "sick" was just a made up story. Whatever. Thx for wasting my time

I was charged a service fee for the worker to hook a wire back up on my pump and he stated that fixed it. Yet it was already working just not enough because as I found out from another company it was clogged. Then I was told that they wold not perform weekly service because my plumbing was too old, did not know 3 years was too old for pool plumbing. I am sure that it was actually the 5 trees around the pool that makes it a little more work and had nothing to do with the plumbing. So if you have an easy pool that never requires anything extra this is the company for you.

The team at PIP is simply the best. Everyone from Thomas in the field to Tiffany in the office the entire team is terrific. They make owning a pool a joy and even when we are away for an extended period, their technology and service is so good we don't worry at all about the pool, even in tough weather conditions. This is the ONLY group to handle a pool in this market.

This is the pool company you can trust. They stand behind their service and always communicate with you about anything you have questions. They fixed a leaking pipe around 4 months ago. The pipe started to leak. I asked the company about warranty and they fixed it for free even though the warranty usually covers one month. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the service we receive from Pirate Island Pools. They got our pool up and running quickly after the big snowstorm. We’ve used them for over 5 years. Would recommend to others.
