The lawn firm has taken such meticulous care of our neighborhood entry and common areas for years! Casey has gone above and beyond every time I've called the office. They are a fantastic crew and company!

Contacted the lawn firm in June requesting a quote to fertilize our lawn. They came out and on July 2nd said they would quote us a price for fertilizing plus all the other lawn services they provide. Their bid came back at $608 per month! We were told that we could pick and choose which services we wanted. We told them on July 14th that we only wanted the original fertilization service that we originally requested. Today we were told that they only supply full service lawn service. I was told their owner made that decision but I was never contacted.

Cheap and sleazy bait and switch tactics in my opinion

I have used the lawn firm 5 times for sprinkler repairs. They show up when they say they are going to and fix any problem I am having. Augustine has serviced us twice and I thought he was very professional, easy to communicate with, and does a really good job.

I am a very happy customer. I've used the Lawn Firm for many years and would recommend them to anyone. They have handled my service needs and a few larger projects. The owner Tom is very personable and goes out of his way to make your project successful. Great to see companies like this succeeding.

I can’t say enough good things about Jacob Galicia with The Lawn Firm. Jacob made sure all new shrubs were placed perfectly and transferred some shrubs to different locations. He was so easy to work with and made sure everything was done to perfection. He made sure the sprinkling system was adjusted to water at the correct time over the next two weeks saying he would be back then to change the setting for the remainder of the summer months. Thank you, Jacob. I will request you in the future when needing other landscaping jobs.

All projects completed by The Lawn Firm over the last few years have exceeded my expectation (whether it is replacing my sprinkler system or redesigning my landscaping). Very well priced and efficiently completed with excellent response time.

Ricki manages our neighborhood. He always answers his phone and is quick to respond. I only need to ask him one time to handle and he takes care of any issue. I appreciate his dependability and follow through. He's a great vendor who I trust. And, that does not come easy these days!

The Lawn Firm does all the mowing for my zero lot line neighborhood. If I hired them myself I would have already fired them. Every Friday they are tasked with mowing our tiny lots of 78 homes. This entire summer they refuse to mow my back yard which is only 5 feet in depth and across the entire back of my house. There is a lot of shade in my backyard so it is not entirely full of grass but there is more than enough to mow. Every week it is a chore for me to get my tiny yard mowed. I have chased after the mower and asked them to come back and finish their job, I have talked to the supervisor on site, I have even called into their office explaining the situation and still today my backyard was not mowed. I saw the weed eater guy and explained to him and he admitted he noticed it had not been mowed. He came back and redid my whole lawn and it looks AMAZING!!!! (Thank you!!!) but why is it not done properly every week without me having to chase someone down??!!!!!!. I even put a sign outside in Spanish asking them to mow the back yard and yet again I had to chase a worker down to do it. I am not asking for anything EXTRA, I am just asking that the mowing on my yard be completed, front, side and BACK yards. They come in as fast as they can and leave. I always blow the grass off and lock my gate back to help them out but every week they literally mow half my yard and leave. My complaints get me nowhere!! SO FRUSTRATING…..😟

I am replying to your reply on this review. The gate was locked when you came by that day because I had a hair appointment and I didn’t want the gate left open because we have a small dog. They had mowed what they wanted to mow and moved on to the next door neighbor’s lot. The front and side yard had been mowed as usual, but the back 5 feet across the length of my entire house had not been mowed. It had nothing to do with the lunch break. They just refused to mow it. In fact they refused to mow the back of my lot the whole spring/summer- ……literally every week for the WHOLE summer. So I started to stand outside and monitor where they were mowing and still I had to push hard to get them to mow the back part of my lot. I even put up a sign in Spanish. Every week I had to meet your mowers outside to explain to them why the 5 feet behind our home needed to be mowed. EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Usually it was the same guy every week. You would have thought he would have caught on after the first few months. It was so frustrating. A neighbor on Hill Street had the very same issue ALL summer. They did not want to fully mow the back of her house either. It is so disappointing that our HOA Board renewed your contract. Please tell your folks to mow as stated in the contract. It is not up to them to decide IF they want to mow a portion of any yard. They should mow all portions of every lot.

We recently had the pleasure of working with The Lawn Firm on a landscaping project, and the experience was outstanding. Project Manager Jacob Galicia was courteous, professional, and truly customer-focused throughout the entire process. The quality of work exceeded expectations, and we would definitely recommend their services to others. We’ll certainly be using them again in the future!

Our HOA has been working with The Lawn Firm for over 15 years. Lawn Firm does all the routine mowing and landscape maintenance for our 9+ acres of common area. Additionally , they monitor and maintain our extensive and temperamental irrigation system which is about 30 years old. We have used numerous landscape maintenance firms over the years, all recognizable and well established, but Lawn Firm has always delivered great service and professionalism. And, they are the only ones that have ever really mastered our irrigation system and can keep it up and running consistently.

Our account manager, Dallas is doing a great job handling our account. He’s super responsive, professional, proactive, and has great follow - through. He’s done some really good work on our irrigation and infrastructure and he’s a credit to the company. Peter

I've been using The Lawn Firm for several years and couldn't be more pleased. There is nothing that they can't do. They do a great job with regular maintenance to the lawn/landscaping, trees, irrigation, fertilization, aeration, new installs, etc. I live on an acre with considerable topo so not the easiest to maintain. Their yearly program is perfect. Customer service is great, specifically who I deal with the most Juan and Tom! Highly recommend!

Gilberto is a hard worker, knows 101 effective solutions, and has done great work for us year after year.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sprinklers to water our plants/ lawn are essential here in Euless TX. Gilberto always keeps them running despite tree roots etc. He is reliable, cost effective, and does great work year after year for myself and many neighbors.🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆👍👍Thank you Gilberto.

I returned home after several days to find that one of the zones in my irrigation system had failed, nearly killing all of the landscaping in that area of my yard. Lawn Firm quickly sent out Ariel who was a joy to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He had my system repaired in no time. This included finding the faulty valve which had been buried for many years.

An irrigation repair service of this quality is rare. They will always be my go-to from now on.

This is the best Lawn Service I have ever had. My yard looks better than it ever has. A special Thanks to Juan Santillan and his crew they are very hard working and care about the job they do. The Lawn Firm was recommended to us when we were building our new modern hill country home and we couldn't be happier we chose to work with them. Patrick not only knew the best native plants for the area but also "got" our vision for the landscape design. He selected exterior lighting elements including lighted address numbers mounted on a statement stone out front and creatively designed curvy, earthy, natural element beds and walks that were the perfect organic compliment to our transitional home's stucco, rock and wood exterior. He consulted with our pool builder to be sure the pool shape and surrounding deck blended seamlessly with the overall landscape design. Our lot is rocky and we have a well. The Lawn Firm team has worked diligently to solve problems and optimize the performance of our irrigation system. We recently had their tree expert assess a native tree we incorporated into the landscape that wasn't looking as healthy post build. With their expert care plan, we are hoping that tree thrives for years to come. The company continues to grow and has recently added maintenance service in our area. Having the full range of services available from one great company is extraordinary.

The Lawn Firm did the landscaping and irrigation when I built my house. I chose to enroll in their maintenance plan because I thought that would keep them on top of fixing problems that they created. I was wrong. Two of the three trees planted in my front yard. One of them died within 6 months, they replaced it, and then the replacement died within a year of that. They told me that the warranty only covered one replacement. I had the dead trees taken out and replaced (by another company) and learned that they were planted too low, the roots had been cut (which is apparently the cheap way companies do things), and the bubblers for the trees were installed incorrectly so the water wasn’t even getting to the trees. We had Tom Monks and several other employees out multiple times for issues with the lawn, poorly installed sprinklers, lasting issues from them overwatering the grass initially, dead plants in the flower beds (from yet another mistake they made with the sprinklers), and several other issues. They also charged for services that they weren’t providing and only would correct it if I said something. To me, the purpose of a lawn maintenance program is that someone else maintains it. They were also supposed to monitor the lawn so problems would be found and addressed quickly. The grass was dry and brown, and they told me they thought it looked good and suggested I water more. Despite the absurd amount of money I had spent and all of the issues that we faced, the worst part of the entire experience was how condescending I felt Mr. Monks was when we expected something to be fixed.

I have enjoyed my relationship with The Lawn Firm. Tom is a kind and responsive owner who puts in the work for my HOA and my personal home. Casey has always been responsive and helpful with regard to all our invoice concerns. As you can see in the pictures, Dee is capable of designing beautiful landscapes that transforms yards into works of art. Over the course of many years, TLF has been consistent in so many respects. The staff rarely changes, allowing me the opportunity to build solid relationships with the key folks. Of the specialists who have come and gone, TLF tends to consistently work with reputable and professional talent, like their arborists, irrigation experts, and stone masons. Whether it's been maintaining lawns in our 40-home neighborhood for the HOA, planting spring colors, sodding, irrigation repairs, French drains, or facilitating the construction of a beautiful covered patio construction projects, TLF has been a good partner. The service is very personal and genuine, because these are good people with longterm careers and goals in landscaping.

Kudos to Tom for carrying forward his father's legacy and running an operation that the local area can be proud of! Honest, hardworking business owners are what make communities like Colleyville, Grapevine, and the mid cities so great!
