On September 13, 25 @ 9:41am Mister Sparky in Conroe sent out their technician Nick out for what I was told to be a free consolation, which wasn’t free they charged me $135 for scheduling services for September 20,25. Now I called and cancelled services September 12, 25 at 5:43 pm. I haven’t received a refund full refund of $135 for not using their services. Don’t use this company they’re not honest about the consolation, cause I didn’t use your services doesn’t mean that you keep my money. 🤬🤬🤬lies, lies, lies lies that tell 😡😡

With Mister Sparky and the electrician, Cisco reassured me after accessing the electrical concerns in my home. With his intuitive and a skilled services, my concerns were addressed and he added recommended solutions. Cisco accessed 3 electrical panels and I continue to use Mister Sparky who guarantee their repairs. Call them for a peace of mind.

Javier is exceptional at what he does. He is very informative and friendly. His knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectation. He sets the bar high for his colleques.

Nick and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and had no problem with taking time to answer questions and explain how certain things were done. Would recommend to anyone who said they needed an electrician.

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky Electric – Conroe. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and transparent. The electrician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and offered straightforward options without any pressure. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. Will be using them for all of my electrical work moving forward!

Nick did a wonderful job replacing our old light fixture. He answered all our questions and did a timely job. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We 100% recommend!

I called this morning needing someone to come out to look at the electrical box due to sparks from a breaker.

They managed to answer all my questions, give me information I needed regarding coming out to diagnose and fix the issue and they were very kind.

Mark was here within the same day. He was very courteous as we are a daycare facility. He tried to work quietly as to not disturb any children at nap. He diagnosed and fixed the issue effectively. He also explained what may have caused the problem and steps to take so it doesn't happen again.

I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

We had a severe electrical issue and Thomas did a thorough exam, giving us several options. He then quickly solved the issues and even helped move the furniture back in place. His type of professionalism will make me a repeat customer if we need service.

Javier was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Absolutely the definition of service with a smile. He got us up and running with our first home EV charger and provided us expert advice for other electrical questions and concerns.

Had a new light fixture hung over my Island. Previous fixture was off center, so Javier had to put in a new juncture box to make light centered correctly. After that, Javier hung our TV. Did not want wires showing so he installed an outlet up behind the TV and pulled all the cables up and behind the wall . Before Javier left, he vacuumed his work area and moved furniture back in place .
Communication was great with the office. Everyone was very kind and professional.
Mister Sparky will definitely be called on all electric projects .

Nick of Mr Sparky is a Consummate professional. His attention to detail could be conceived as overwhelming. He truly cares about the customer and the job. I highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky‘s service.

Nick Anguino, who was our electrician from Mister Sparky, was excellent. He was very friendly and thorough. He explained why he was doing something to my electric system. My house is 25 years old and neede some updates. He was very thorough and, actually had to check in with his office to fix an older system which he had not encountered before. I would recommend Mister Sparky to others

Today we had kitchen island pendulum lights installed. Fabulous customer service! Francisco has completed multiple projects for us! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Mister Sparky in Conroe is definitely our go to for all electrical work.

First of all I would like to thank Nick for his professional work and attention to detail. He was very respectful and he respected my home. But let's not forget his helper digging that Trench that took quite a while to do but it was perfect work done. If anybody looking for work should be done the right way and humble respectful workers call Mr Sparky.
