So professional and helpful, Maid Brigade saved me from sooo much stress during my recent move. From the first call, to communication on the day of service, everything was smooth and the cleaning quality was amazing! They came highly recommended and now I understand why. I've used bargain maid companies before and always been disappointed with timing issues and poor cleaning results. I'd definitely recommend this company for any cleaning service.

I wanted to have my house cleaned prior to moving into it because I cleaned my last house when I moved in and it was exhausting. When we got there to check things out, we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned even though I had specifically requested it on the phone. They took a surprising amount of time to clean the refrigerator for 2 people. And it honestly wasn’t that great of a job. There were still crumbs in it. We didn’t have time to check every nook and cranny of the house before they left. But after they left, I noticed that they did not clean the drawers and cabinets very well. There are also specks of food inside the microwave. I am now cleaning them myself, which is exactly what I didn’t want to do. There was absolutely no attention to detail, anywhere. The house hardly looks better than it did when we last saw it right before we closed. I have no idea how what they did took 5 hours. It looks like they took 2 hours maybe. Not worth the money AT ALL.
When I talked to customer service, all they did was refund me $40. Out of $500. Ridiculous. Don’t use this service.

Edit in response to the comment below: YOU agreed to $40. I said I thought I deserved a much bigger discount. As I said on the phone, since it was a MOVE IN clean, it’s too late for someone to come out as we have already moved in. Plus now I don’t trust your service. I just wish I wasn’t out the money since I am essentially paying you for my work. I also found two more disgustingly dirty shelves since writing this review earlier.

I have been using Maid Brigade to clean my house every week for about the last 4-6 months and I cannot say enough good things about their services. They always do a great job of getting everything clean. I have used a number of other services in the past and none of them have matched the cleaning quality or timeliness of Maid Brigade. I'm very happy to have them continue to keep my home clean every week.

I've been using maid brigade services for about a year at least. They train these ladies well. They're extremely polite and clean to the best of their ability. If there's ever a problem, however small or large, the management takes care of it immediately. They use their own cleaning products and equipment. They are bonded and insured which is a big plus for me. They always try to accommodate you in your schedule. If you're not home, if you allow, they will come in and clean. I've never had a problem regarding that at all. Everyone of the ladies that come in are very gracious and hard-working.

We hired Maid Brigade to clean our offices. Being a Medical Manufacturer they have to follow special cleaning guidelines and they follow them perfectly. Every crew works so hard, and our offices have never looked so clean! Always on time and do such great work even with all the Employees in the building. We highly recommend them for your commercial cleaning.

They are very detailed cleaners. They pick up and wipe everything off, not wipe around it. My house is so clean when they leave.

Big house, big job but they handled it like champs. Even with that stupid smoke alarm chirping the whole time (sorry ladies!) great job and highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the deep cleaning. I have yet to find anything that was overlooked unlike other cleaning professionals.. A supervisor stopped by during the first cleaning which was surprising. There was even a follow up call the next day.

What I like most is service not being canceled after the scheduled appointment time which is why I contacted Maid Brigaid. I am hoping the great service and attention to detail continues

I had clients closing on their house and had to have it deep cleaned. Amber was able to get a crew out the very next day. They were VERY detailed and the home looked like it had never been lived in by the time they were done. I will use them for all of my clients moving in or moving out!!

I appreciate Josefina’s and Maria’s careful attention to details. Such as moving items to clean underneath on the counters and tables. Leaving surfaces clean and dust free. They are pleasant and cheerful in all contacts. They always leave my rooms smelling fresh and clean without any smell of chemicals. They are hard working moving from task to task in each room efficiently and they work well as a team. In the past year I don’t recall having any issues that required follow up. I can depend on them taking care of the details so I can enjoy my home.

The ladies, Keydi & Jennifer, were the best ever.. from Maid Brigade! Both were very professional, polite and did such a great job in cleaning areas we needed in our home!..BEST ever! We definitely want them back for sure. My husband & I highly recommended them!

Beware: Incomplete estimates; service drawn out to take more time; and terribly unprofessional office manager.

I scheduled two deep clean services for "move-in/move-out". The two homes were on complete opposite spectrums of what was needed. One was broom clean, but needed to be deep cleaned after sitting empty for 3 months - the other was filthy. Both were quoted the same despite having different room counts and square footage (should have been my first clue).

It was very obvious in the first (broom clean) house that the team was taking their time to make sure to meet the "quote". However, that didn't equate to a pristine cleaning. They didn't pay attention to details and the baseboards and switch covers were left dusty when they left. They offered to come back out to touch-up, which I appreciated. Until I received the bill and realized they charged $100 more than quoted.

The second home was filthy - I discussed this with the team when they arrived and they told me not to worry about it. It wasn't until an hour or so later that I was called by the office manager to say they would need more time. She was very rude - seemingly angry or annoyed at how dirty the house was. At the time I pushed back because no where in the quote or service confirmation does it say that the quote price may be changed, nor did the team tell me that when we me at the house. She said that they would stop cleaning at 3 hrs and leave the rest of the home as is if I didn't approve the charges, so I approved them.

I was never provided receipts for either services. When I saw that I was charged $100 more than quoted/estimated for the first home, I called to get additional information. I had to go back and forth with the office manager for 10 minutes because she kept referring to the second home I had cleaned and saying she told me they were going to charge more. Finally she looked at the correct house and told me that there was an additional charge for interior window cleaning that isn't on either the quote nor confirmation email received.

I gave the office manager feedback of the poor experience working with Maid Brigade, specifically: unprofessionalism and hidden charges. Her response was to tell me that I "wasn't easy to work with either". Needless to say, I will not be using this company for any future deep-clean needs. I hope this review saves others a headache.

Editing to add: the response provided to my review is obviously someone other than the office manager I've been dealing with doing damage control. While it is misleading in some aspects (window cleaning requested, was told quotes could change, etc), it is the most thoughtful and professional communication I've received while working with them. It is sad that it was only provided to try to save face publicly, instead when I tried to offer the feedback privately. If my concerns were met with this response originally, they wouldn't have lost a customer.

Alma was incredible, this cleaning service was excellent, I called on Friday and we agreed on Saturday to meet, we surprised a 80 yr old lady, who's house was really really in bad shape. She took pictures before and after photos, tears of joy, OVERWHELMING HEART-FELT incredible Blessings,

Y'all let me tell you Alma is HEAVEN SENT okay. As a working mom some times it's hard to get to everything in the manner I like it. Some times I'm pure exhausted. I called her on a Tuesday she had some availability for Friday. I needed her to dust the windows and ceiling fans and attend to both bathrooms and she did just that she was quick, efficient and affordable. I will be using her services again🥰 THANKS ALMA
